Lots new staff， less than my expectation, less than we stayed here before.
The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Very pretty artwork in the main floor. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Felt like they would take care of your every need. We stayed 2 extra nights as we didn’t want to leave.
Everything was great.
The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful at the same time. The architecture and landscaping are simply beautiful. We enjoyed the Hotel Gajoen Art Tour which was both fascinating and informative. Touring Hyakudan Kaidan is a must if it is open for viewing during your stay. Dinner at Tofutei Restaurant was a relaxing treat for our senses!
Great executive lounge on the 8th floor with a wonderful breakfast buffet and evening cocktails and appetizers. The French toast is made to order and quite delicious! A must try! We had a spacious executive suite that fit our family of 5.
It was a long walk from the entrance of the building to get to the elevator hotel lobby. Hotel is located down a steep hill from the JR Meguro station so walking to the station can be daunting in the rain or heat and humidity. There is a free shuttle from the hotel to Meguro station but it doesn’t start until 11am. The bathrooms are dated.
Breakfast and the executive lounge is fantastic. The location is quiet. A gem actually. Easy access to JR circle line and there are some hidden gems around Meguro Neighbourhood. The rooms are huge and comfortable by Tokyo standard. Will definitely return.
Entrance to hotel lobby is far and the decoration of the entrance is tacky.
