loby launge should open for guest all the time.
The proximity to Shimabshi station and to Ginza shopping and business district is phantastic: walking distance. For Tokyo, the price is very attractiv. Room size small when compared with international standards, but quite large for Japanese standards. Free (high-speed) internet access.
The lobby is on the second floor, and thera are no chairs for waiting (just a hard bench). The breakfast was not included in the price, and is terribly expensive. (But there is a food store just around the corner to buy your yoghurt...) Early check-in after overseas flight was not possible.
