Dai-ichi hotel Ryogoku is just a 10-minute bus ride to Tokyo Sky Tree. There is a free shuttle bus, operated on a reservation system, that takes 45 minutes to get to Tokyo Disney Resort. Since the hotel is directly connected to a station on the Oedo line, the hotel is in a good location to act as a base whilst sightseeing in Asakusa, Odaiba, Roppongi and Shinjuku and it is a good neighbour hotel of Tokyo Disney Resort.

Pros (+) Did not have breakfast there. The room was bigger than normal for Japan. Bed was comfortable and the scenery was great. Good location for the trains and restaurants.
Cons (-) Water pressure was bad and temperature would fluctuate. Rooms need a facelift.
