The location is great, it’s near a lot of train stations. Plenty of shops and restaurants around the area. Staff are helpful. The room is spacious.
The bunk beds in the family room were a bit dusty which triggered my allergies
The location is very good. We chose here because it's close to Hiei Shrine. We stayed 1 room with 3 people. I felt a little small but it's enough to stay just one night. The amenities were really nice. I didn't expect there are bathrobes but there are!
Convenient location with lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
There weren’t power points where it should be e.g bathroom and kitchenette.
Very helpful and friendly staff
The hotel is conveniently located nearby two train stations and Family Mart. For coffee lovers, there is a small cafe selling specialty coffee just across the street. There are many restaurants with excellent choices of Japanese barbecue and ramen speciality shops. The reception staff were helpful and friendly.
There was no microwave provided in the kitchenette which would have been essential for those travelling with young children. I found it extremely odd that you had to pay additional xx yen to rent the cooking utensils. There was insufficient place to hang clothes after having washed clothes. A small foldable drying rack would be useful.
