Hotel gave us smoking room although we asked for non smoking. Then it changed to a tiny single room for a double room booking. Breakfast open till 10am emptied out at 8:30am and staff was reluctant to refill. Checkout was 10am and TV turned on 10 minutes early to get us out or face penalty as if they are going to clean all hotel rooms at 10am. Pathetic experience, avoid it.
