The location, the overall look was good
The price was little higher
Hotel well placed for walking or metro travel. Inconvenience due to refurbishment kept to a minimum. Breakfast in next door coffee shop was tasty.
Room was very small.
The location was excellent.
The hotel was completely under construction during our stay and it created a lot of discomfort. Had this been disclosed at booking I would not be unhappy, however, this fact was not and it made our stay less than pleasant. As the lobby was under construction we had to enter/exit through a nearby cafe. One afternoon my husband and I wanted to relax/rest in our room for a few hours but it was being cleaned. So we went to the cafe and bought a cookie as not to take up space when we were not patronizing the business. We ate the cookie but a few minutes later the manager came over and asked us to leave - we explained the situation and told him we were willing to buy some more good but it was a horrible, shocking experience. The cafe was not crowded at this time so we were not otherwise keeping the table from being used by other customers. I would strongly discourage anyone from booking this hotel - they are willing to pull a bait and switch.
