As my wife was working remotely, we asked for a late checkout. Instead of 10:30, they said 10:45. This didn’t seem very generous but ok, we rolled with it. At 10:30, while I was out, 2 men knocked aggressively on the door and said she needed to leave. They were aggressive and not understanding.
