Cons:I know the COVID issue, but it would have been nice to at least have bananas , granola bars, cartons of milk, etc available for breakfast. Otherwise it was a good stay.
Cons:Looked nice from the outside, but the rooms need a remodel.
Pros:The beds
Cons:I’ll try to make it quick: not that I watch a lot of tv, but the TVs are small, and many of the channels are very grainy, and despite switching aspect ratio around has a lot of distorted pictures. This is with both TVs in the room (suite). Galaxy brand? Never heard of it. Other stuff: lobby Floor is always dirty over our two night stay (like hundreds of footprints of tracked salt). The windows in the room don’t really seal shut. Can’t lock them. The pool area has just two small tables with chairs. For a hotel with many rooms you would think they would have more tables to allow you to put your stuff there. The whirl pool jets are placed way too low to do any good on your back. The ice machine was out of order the whole time we were there. The coffee maker in the room had not been cleaned out from the previous guest. The beds were the only good thing there. The beds were actually very comfortable, and that’s the two stars. I would not stay in another Country Inn And Suites again.
Pros:The pool area and breakfast were clean, well staffed (breakfast), and very friendly staff. the hotel seems somewhat newer and roomier than other Country Inn's I've stayed it. Would definitely return. Close to freeway, but not too close so that it's noisy.
