Pros (+) The hotel was conveniently located near my family and also, conveniently, near a major highway. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly.
Cons (-) Most people working here were competent and friendly, but one individual who worked on the night of September 4th, did not believe me when I said that my room had already been paid for and proceeded to charge me again for it. It took over a week to get that straightened out. Not impressed with that individual, but everyone else was great.

Pros (+) Grateful for space to sleep
Cons (-) There was not even water in the room. The tv was funny and tricky to operate. front desk staff overworked and trying to attend to all guests at same time hence making errors.
