Pros (+) Easy access for getting around and close to I-5 just few blocks away.
Cons (-) Very loud. Insides from upstairs neighbors, next door neighbors, but outside was quiet and safe. Just thin walls and floors. Basic but works.

Cons (-) The room reeked of smoke, every couple hours a loud fan came on for 40 minutes and the thermostat was broken.
