Booked a Thrifty reservation for 6:00 pm pick up at the PAC airport in Panama City, Panama. HOWEVER all of the airport car rentals in that location close at 5:00 pm. NO where on any of my reservation information did it say that they would be closed. HOW can Kayak/ Thrifty even make and guarantee a reservation time when the location is closed. I also spoke to a representative twice to confirm the car size two days before my arrival. I had to take an Uber to the Thrifty location In Panama City and there- the customer service representatives were extremely helpful. I eventually did get a car (it was vacation week so the options were limited) Also the customer service agents at the office said that they were not surprised, that this happens often.Reviewed Jan 1 2024

Pros:Not frendly Was Trying to bill me a lot moreCons:They don't accept American car insurance companys. That what i was told at the counter. By a ver rude woman. Wich wanted to charge me more 4 times the reservation price. Be careful with the tricks they use.Reviewed Dec 1 2019

Pros:The clerk at check out was very friendly and helpful. The return process was very easy.Cons:My only complaint is that the price I was originally quoted was $264.00 but the final cost ended up being $927.00. That is quite a difference!!Reviewed Aug 9 2019
