Cons:My plane was delayed for a couple hours. When I realized this I called the rental office (it took quite some time for them to answer) and told them I would be delayed. They assured me that there would be someone there when I arrived. When I got there the office was closed and I had to wait until the next day to pick up my rental car. The next day they offered no apologies or explanation and still charged me the original amount for the full rental.Reviewed Mar 22 2021

FAIL!Pros:Nothing.Cons:The Thrifty agent was not there, so I was stuck without a car and I was trying to make a flight at a different airport. I had to rent a more expensive car at Hertz in order to make the flight. This was awful, and I am going to contact Thrifty reimburse me.Reviewed Apr 15 2017

Not happy with carPros:Car ready when I arrive. Quick return.Cons:There was no cruise control. This was not stated to me at check-in. Yet the agent asked where I am going. I was traveling over 800 miles in 2 days. The agent asked me about other things. The brakes pulled a little. Gas mileage on an small car was not great. There was a refundable $200 deposit that was never told to me before I booked the car. They had my credit card. Why do they hold $200. I am not a new driver. Had better experience with other car rental companies in the past.Reviewed Apr 7 2017
