Pros: Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable
Cons: Only one person was working. Had to wait almost an hour to get the car.

Pros: The representative from Thrifty was not present so Hertz representative quickly came to assist me.
Cons: There was not a way to pay by using my debit card and was not allowed to use my company credit card. So the options for payment were narrowed significantly. There was not a Thrifty representative present and I confused how to get my vehicle.

Nissan Rouge Rental- Thrifty
Pros: The vehicle was a good size and very comfortable. The process of rental was very fast and efficient.
Cons: The exterior and interior of the vehicle was not cleaned out from previous rentals. There was trash and debris on the floors (empty water bottles under the seat).

Charged twice my reservation price
Pros: Nothing
Cons: I reserved a standard size. When I went to pick up the car, they told me I reserved a "whatever is available" size and gave me a compact size, which would not fit my family and luggage. They then gave me a standard size after I complained but for twice the price. And the car wasn't even clean! Never again. Thrifty is a huge disappointment.

Cons: Only 2 locations in the whole state. Had a bad snow storm and would have liked to turn car in to a closer location than the airport.
