Dirty TruckPros:Not a whole lot. It wasn’t a great experience. I guess I liked that I could drive?Cons:The staff was quite short with me during pick up. They made me put a 500 dollar hold on my card that I was not informed of when booking and acted like it was obvious and like I was foolish for not knowing about it. Then I got the actual vehicle and it was absolutely filthy. It hadn’t been cleaned at all.Reviewed Nov 24 2018

Moving mom to FloridaPros:Ease of rental and cleanliness. Fuel efficient vehicle and it gave us no problems.Cons:My mother rides an electric scooter (handicapped) and there was no hitch to attach the scooter.Reviewed Nov 15 2018

Pros:Cars are onsite, no shuttle ride required only a short walk.Cons:Drop off instructions weren't given at time of pick up, there's 2 designated spots for dropping cars off that you are supposed to park in. Not a huge deal, just wasn't aware so it took a few extra minutes to figure out what to do when I pulled in the lot.Reviewed Nov 8 2017

Always a good dealPros:Free upgrade, easy drop off, unlimited milesCons:Pickup was slow - the customer service representative kept saying "excuse me" and walking into the back room for 5-10 min. Great deal, great service - just one small shockPros:I signed up for a mid-size car for a great price on line. When I arrived to pick it up, the staff was friendly and helpful, and offered me a free upgrade to a small SUV. I was able to travel in comfort, and when I returned the vehicle, staff was once again very wonderful. Ethan at FNT, I'm talking about you! Thanks for being awesome.Cons:The airport where I rented (FNT) required a $500 deposit for anyone with an in-state driver's license that didn't fly into the airport. Luckily I was able to cover it, but that information would have been helpful on the rental agreement. A woman in line in front of me was in tears because she hadn't know about the policy, and was unable to present the deposit. I understand the reason for the policy, but it would have been good to know ahead of time.Reviewed May 30 2017
