Pros: Remodel on the hotel was well done with great results, the front desk staff was helpful with some business items after the hotel customer printer was not working , breakfast area and selection was great.
Cons: Unfortunately, we arrived late and probably given one of the last rooms, the room was great, but it was so close to the freeway that the noise all night from traffic was just too much, room #301, avoid at all costs

Pros: Breakfast and staff....was upgraded to room with Jacuzzi and lost one of bed I had booked...thought there was two beds and jacuzi....a bed and sofa sleeper does not equal two beds in our minds so did not consider upgrade....also no wall between J acuzi and living space host out in open....i will say luckily we were able to obtain original type room booked, but only because of a no show....lady at front desk was very helpful in sorting this out for us and again thx to her....

5,8 Okay
Pros: breakfast- fair, location good
Cons: carpets nasty, forgot to clean room, air on 61 degrees when we first walked in room, service slow when need something, charging a rate to park was ridiculous and was unaware of it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Love the space and the kitchen area, will definitely be returning
7,9 Good
Pros: the kitchen was perfect for our needs We stayed at your facility due to a wrestling tournament, so we were able to store all of our food that we needed for the event on Sunday morning
Cons: pull out Sofa bed was broken. Horribly un-comfortable
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious.
Cons: The temperature in the room was regulated by the hotel. If I changed the temperature, it would eventually return to the hotel’s pre-set temperature. I’m cold-natured and I would’ve liked for it to remain warmer in the room. I paid for a King room but the bed looked and felt more like a Queen size.
6,0 Good
Pros: Front desk staff was great!
Cons: Hallways smelled terrible. Room was outdated with stained carpet and drapes and the furniture was torn and old. Bedsheets May or may not have been fresh as I found a set of false eyelashes in the bed
9,0 Excellent
Cons: had to pay for parking, which was a big surprise. would recommend, but this was annoying
7,9 Good
Pros: Very nice room
Cons: Trash containers outside the entrance were overflowing with trash, which ended up in the parking lot. On the 3rd floor just outside the elevator a laundry cart with dirty laundry sat all night long along with a large garbage bag full of trash!
5,4 Okay
Pros: The size of the room
Cons: Snotty hotel staff (Bree) . Room wasn't finished. Dishes in dishwasher, all drawers in the room open, sofa sleeper open and no sheet or pillow. And the $139 rate turned into$180. Parking fee. Not at all worth the money. Could have stayed at an embassy suites or better for the money. Ruined time with grandkids
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The property was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The property clearly has some years on it. It was adequate for a brief stay but I would not want to spend a week there.
4,2 Okay
Pros: I liked the location of this of this establishment. I liked the pool area.
Cons: I didn't like that when I arrived I was told that the room that I originally reserved was not available. I reserved the 2 bedroom suite which I needed because I had 4 children and 1 adult....instead I was given 2 separate rooms...at a higher price.. which made the children in one and myself in the other room. I had to keep walking down the hall way to keep checking on them throughout the night. Also the rooms are very dated and the furniture was worn out.
6,3 Good
Pros: The location was close to the event we were going to.
Cons: There was blood on the top blanket. Housekeeping was apologetic and offered a new one but I always bring my own blankets as well. There was hair in the tub and stains on the carpet. The pool had big chunks of hair in it but I used the skimmer and got it out myself. The place just needs some updates and a good cleaning. Oh and a $10 charge for parking is crazy. To park in a public area, I think that is crazy and it was something that wasn't told to me as well.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Cleaness

Cons: Very poorly managed and maintained property. Checked in at about 10.30 at night. Room was not cleaned and wet towels were lying on the floor. When informed the front office, shifted to another room where waste baskets were full of trash probably left by the guests stayed earlier. Bathroom was not very clean. Air conditioning was not effective. Wifi did not work at all. Informed the concerned staff about it but nothing happened. Very disappointing. Would never stay again or recommend to anyone. Surprised to see foam plates and plastic cutlery at the breakfast. Very cheap, no class at all. What happened to Holiday Inns? Have started using dollar store items. Very cheap and disgusting. Faced embarrassment in front of my friends.

Pros: On the plus side, the staff and customer service was wonderful as were the breakfast options. Great bed, comfortable pillow and great rest.
Cons: I have stayed here often in the past. This time the facility was clearly showing excessive wear. Elevator fan clanging, carpets threadbare, wood in room worn and scratched. Pros: The room was very large. Came with everything. Refrigerator and Microwave at no extra cost.
Cons: I could see that the hotel was under construction. The elevator bit of a sore eye. The pool not attractive. So to say the least I was a little nervous about the rooms but clearly they upgraded the rooms first. The room made the difference for me and I will definitely stay there again. Breakfast was good.

Pros: Absolutely nothing. Kitchen burners caught on fire They tried to find me for that
Cons: Getting chased out of there by chocolate people with crosses. I’m trying to smile a little the place was absolutely horrible do not stay there. The pool had a floating tampon
5,4 Okay
Pros: Nothing besides the wonderful lady at the front desk. She would have given us as many rooms as we wanted but realized it was more work for us than her.
Cons: Requested a king size room on booking.com, but when they stated they don't get any info from them it went downhill from there. Normally my wife and i are easy going when it comes to lodging but this was horrible. We started with 2 queen beds but this turned out to be the best we saw (more ro come about that). The next room we tried smelled like death so of course this was a no go. We tried a 3rd room which had an unworkable aur conditioner. In the summer it gets hot and is not fun to sleep in hot smelling heat. We return to our original room after not wanting to see every room they had. We open our bottle of tequila and settle in for the night. I pull back my comforter and find a half used package of ky. OMG. i know i only paid $50 for the night but i would recommend this place be shut down. PS after changing rooms so many times the police ended up knocking on our door at 1am stating we were not registered to be there. No problems after we explained, but sleep interrupted

6,3 Good
Pros: The room was nice besides the fact that I had to kill a cockroach in my room
Cons: I killed a cockroach in my room and I'm not used to that I've never had roaches in my own home why should I have to pay for this room I deserve some kind of discount, refund or something. And there was no refrigerator and I paid for a room with one. I am disappointed in a major way.

Pros: Hands down worst/craziest experience me or my girlfriend have ever had at any hotel or motel period.
Cons: Worst service on the face of the earth!!! Methed out maintenance man damn near kicked down my door. The cops were called on me for being in my room 15 min past checkout.. but it was only day 2 of a 3 day stay. As far as I was concerned I wasn’t supposed to check out until the following morning. Cops were called I was mad and removed from property. Between booking.com and red roof inn I don’t know what happened but my whole vacation was absolutely ruined. My girlfriend and I aren’t people to have police called on us. This was absolutely insane. There is definitely something in the water!

Pros: Central location, free parking. Was modern, updated and very spacious. There was coffee in the lobby.
Cons: Outside it looks pretty shabby. There were no hair dryers in the room. When I asked at the desk to borrow one was told they didn't have any. That it wasn't required by head office. Found this to be very inconvenient.

3,3 Mediocre
Pros: The price was cheap, but you get what you pay for.
Cons: The room was not very clean. There was juice in the sink, the toilet was clogged upon our arrival, the bathroom walls were disgusting, the hotel is very outdated. There were piles of mattresses and chairs in the parking lot, it made me worried that maybe there were bed bugs! Hopefully they were just renovating, either way I will never stay at that hotel again. It was disgusting and it’s a slum of a motel.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The location was close to my event
Cons: We got the wrong room We booked 2 rooms, 2beds per room The manager told me she told her bigger manager Sean Elias kept accepting reservations after they were completely booked. The rooms were filthy and bug filled. We didn’t have any amenities, so we had to take a late night stroll to the front office to get towels blankets and rags. We didn’t even risk laying in the sheets so we laid on top of the blankets we got from the front. The bathrooms were disgusting all of us didn’t shower.
1,0 Poor
Pros: There was nothing redeemable. Even the low price was too much for what we endured. And I'm a wounded veteran who has slept in the mud.
Cons: Staff was rude, hostile, and threatened us for complaining. There were people drugged out loitering. Room smelled like mold, sheets dirty, used our own blankets. Pizza delivery warned us not to go out at night, or I would get sexually assaulted.

3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Black mold, dirty bathroom, no toilet paper, had to go down to get it, pillows all stained, no clean ones from staff, mattress covers all stained, including with blood, not replaceable by staff. They would take the other dirty sheets but made us go to the room, get the dirty sheets and bring them down in a garbage bag because we “might steal them otherwise”. The replacement ones were still dirty.
3,8 Mediocre
Cons: The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall, the bathroom mirror has toothpaste streaks running down it, there were buts and ends of joints left on the furniture, the light switches were inoperable, broken. This is the second super 8 I have stayed in recently and it won’t be happening again ever

8,8 Excellent
Pros: My partner and I stayed for 2 nights in the King Suite and then moved to a Queen room for 2 nights. All the staff members we met were wonderful and went above and beyond to make the room switch as easy as possible for me. Thanks so much for the hospitality!
Cons: The facility could use some work. Slow sink drains, stained mattress covers, old A/C unit not working at 100% - all just minor details though. I'm very happy to say that there were absolutely no bugs to be seen! We felt welcome, comfortable, and got a good value.
