Cons (-) The bathroom tub drain very very slowly and dirty. Carpet is old and dirty.

Pros (+) Staff are polite. Location is good and easy to find. Very nice view. Breakfast is simple but enough.
Cons (-) Hot water faucet handle disappeared. Refridgerator had no temperature control; water dripping inside. Some drawers for clothing couldn’t open. Previous guest’s socks were found in the top drawer. Hard to connect to “free” wi-if at room; reason: too many guests are using. No shampoo; got two bottles of conditioner, instead.

Pros (+) That it is somewhat close to Sequia National Park.
Cons (-) My family and I found bed bugs in our room and the beds did not look like they had been cleaned in awhile because we found hairs on the beds and the TVs are out of date not to mention that the room smelled funny

Pros (+) They have a little park right in the center of the property. You can play horseshoes, basketball... kids can ride some swings or play on the jungle gym. It’s very pretty all around the location. It may feel outdated to some travelers, in terms of the rooms themselves, but that’s sort of the charm for me. Cons (-) At one point, the water in the shower went from hot to ice cold and I couldn’t get it to be hot again. So after five minutes of that, I screamed like a banshee and I jumped out! I assume it was an isolated incident. But I loved the place overall!!

Pros (+) Clean bed. Great tv. Great air conditioning. Friendly staff. Easy check in process. Lots of parking.
Cons (-) Payed extra since it's the peak season for Sequoia visits. Also, showers we're very weak, so took forever to take one. And whenever another unit would flush a toilet or use their faucet, water would get extremely hot. Lobby constantly smelled of curry, which took away my appetite for the free breakfast. Curry is more of a dinner or lunch thing for me personally.

Pros (+) 1 hour drive from Sequoia National Park where Sentinel Tree and General Sherman Tree are Staff very friendly. One of them was a ranger and provided a lot of information on visiting Sequoia National Park.
Cons (-) Location: -2 hour drive from Grant Grove, Kings Canyon National Park -3 hour drive from Cedar Grove, Kings Canyon National Park Room was not "ready" when we checked in -only 1/4 roll toilet paper left -Kleenex container empty. Next day they left a Kleenex box on bathroom counter and did not put in the container -Spa was not turned on the 2nd night we were there -no WiFi in the room -dark room

Pros (+) It's near the Kaweah River. You can walk to it and have spectacular views and get close to the river. The playground is great for children.
Cons (-) There was no hot water! At best it was lukewarm, for the first person taking a shower, then the warm water ran out. The pool was unusable. It was full of leaves when we got there, then when it got "cleaned" it was cloudy.
