Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the convenient location and found it easy to access shops and stores nearby. However, many reviews highlighted significant concerns about cleanliness, including dirty rooms, stained bedding, and unclean bathrooms. Service was also criticized, with reports of unresponsive or unprofessional staff and issues with room readiness. Bed comfort was another area of dissatisfaction, with several guests mentioning uncomfortable or itchy bedding. While a few guests noted positive aspects such as the pool and value for price, the overall sentiment was largely negative due to recurring issues with cleanliness and service.

Pros (+) Price was reasonable. Front desk staff was helpful. Room was clean.
Cons (-) Breakfast offerings were very meager. Not a substantial, nutritious breakfast at all. Rooms are pretty small.

Pros (+) Good location and appearance, and friendly staff — but my requested non-smoking room — which was clearly marked as non-smoking — smelled like an old ashtray. And by morning, so did I. I foolishly decided to stay in it rather than move to a second floor room. Won't make that mistake again.
