When I arrived to pick up the car - they informed me there was no car available - and since I had estimated to pick up the car at 1:00 pm and arrived at 4 - they informed me there was no car for me So, I was stranded in Tallahasse and had to return to the airport to rent a budget car for $485Cons:

I was unable to pick up the car, as the cardholder was not present. She lives 4+ hours away, I was unaware of the need for her to be there, as when I purchased, I did not see anywhere she needed to be. The associate or “manager” as she said she was, was VERY condescending and rude.Cons:
