I arrived at the location and they didn't have my reservation and there was no vehicle available for me at that time. I had to go across town and came back with nothing. The people at Enterprise acted as if they didn't even care. Very disappointed and will never go there again.3,2 Poor

Contrary to their advertisement, they did not pick up or drop off. When I took a cab and arrived at the rental site, they tried to upsell me telling me that they didn't have what I had reserved in stock. What most other rental companies that I have dealt with do at this point is to rent the customer the next best car and give it to me at the rate of the rental agreement. Enterprise will not be receiving my business in the future.Budget

I was unable to pick up the car, as the cardholder was not present. She lives 4+ hours away, I was unaware of the need for her to be there, as when I purchased, I did not see anywhere she needed to be. The associate or “manager” as she said she was, was VERY condescending and rude.Cons:
