Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near the Padmanabhaswamy Temple and appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Many found the rooms spacious and the environment pleasant. However, some reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, room maintenance, and amenities, with several guests noting problems with air conditioning, bathroom supplies, and occasional unpleasant odors. While the restaurant and Wi-Fi received positive mentions, breakfast quality and booking experiences were sometimes disappointing. Overall, the hotel is valued for its convenience and service, but improvements in room upkeep and amenities are needed.
