Pros: Central location: It is close to the bus depo and town centre but very quiet (at least in our room during our stay). Convenience: There is a supermarket across the street from the hotel, it is really important to have bottled water in large quantity all the time in Santorini, because the tap water is not recommended for drinking. Size of the room: Our room is large enough even by North American standards. Breakfast room: It is large and bright by the swimming pool. You can also sit under the embrellas of the pool.

Pros: The service provided by the reception staff was extremely helpful from booking restaurants to arranging rental vehicles and everything in between.

Pros: The hotel was in a convenient location. We splurged for one night and we had no regrets. We were greeted by friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a warm and comfortable stay at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, complimentary drink, tea and a private balcony made our wedding anniversary special. The staff at reception offered us a complimentary taxi back to the airport to avoid us the trouble of dragging our suitcases on cobbled streets. Request a higher room with a private balcony if you are spending the $$

Pros: Beautiful historic hotel. Our room was comfortable, and we had our own balcony where we could eat breakfast while admiring the beautiful vista. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We were greeted with rosewater cool towels, as well as a refreshing drink. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres and a lovely bottle of wine were offered to us to enjoy at our convenience. The dinner we had there was excellent, everything was made in house, fresh, and incorporating local ingredients, and in my opinion comparable to any other 5 star restaurant. Location is great too, just a quick 5 minute walk to city center.

Pros: The location and views over the caldera and waterways were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were freshly prepared and delicious. It was at the edge of town, so was very quiet, yet within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops.

Pros: The staff was amazing and made our stay very nice. We were upgraded upon arrival for no additional cost. The views were breath taking from the balcony of our room. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. We liked that our room was like an apartment and not an actual hotel room. The staff made our stay perfect!!

Pros: The manager and staff were so accommodating and helpful in their efforts to make our all too short stay memorable. From meeting our ferry to the fresh orange juice on arrival and the dinner on our balcony, no detail was left unturned. The views from the hotel are incredible as is the beauty of the hotel itself. We were treated with such grace and consideration, it was difficult to leave this beautiful place.
