Exceptional service with professional staff. Very welcoming and helpful. Could improve more on bathrooms and facilities for children. Otherwise every moment spent at the hotel was just perfect.

The showers could been closed(having actually a door fitted and not an open one where you splash the sink , the toilet and the water gets almost into the lounge. Also the bath products (as they are included in the booking price) could be more generous and not just in there for design).

Easy assess from the bus station in Fira

Location very central with short walk into center of Fira. Free car park next door if you have a hire car. Excellent pool with hot tub and friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was good with lots of choice. Thumbs up from my kids. Plus our room had a roof top hot tub which my family loved.

We booked a room with a sea view but got a view of trees and a car park.

Lovely room, immaculately clean throughout, good hot tub and pool, although the pool was too chilly for comfort. The staff were extraordinary--helpful, friendly, caring, informative, efficient. The breakfast was excellent with many choices that were kept refreshed. The breakfast room and serving areas were spotless and beautifully maintained. The location was good for our needs but did not have one of the stunning views available at so many Santorini hotels. The room's balcony was lovely, overlooked the pool and bar, and had a charming table and chairs.

The bathroom was small with a tiny shower area that had no way to prevent water from spraying all over the room--no shower curtain or water barrier. The hotel appears to be built of cast concrete, which is lovely and works well, except that the bathroom was too small and had the pre-formed shower area. Also, the room had no good storage--no hooks for hanging clothes, minimal places to hang towels, no useful bathroom counter space, no drawers. The closet was certainly adequate but limited with surface spaces.
