Pros: Everything! Staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, smelled nice. Beds were comfortable. WiFi worked. First of all, our original booking was for Monday night but our event got pushed to Tuesday. I called. And asked to switched days and they switched it with no issues. We arrived to The Woodlands a couple of hours earlier than we thought and the staff was understanding and allowed us to check in early. The hotel is located in a great spot, there’s shopping and dining options literally minutes away. Overall great experience.

Pros: This place is amazing for the price! We loved everything. My only complaint was that the pool needs a key card to get back into the hotel. So you have to worry about someone without a card getting locked out. But the pool and the splash pad were great. The hotel Room is great and the staff is great. Had a great time!

7,1 Good
Pros: Really friendly staff. Always more than willing to help.
Cons: The hotel is old and worn. Certainly not Marriott standard. Have to pay $15/day to access wifi. (It's free if you're sitting in lobby, but once you pay hundreds of dollars to go to a room, you then have to pay a further $15 for wifi.) Breakfast was low quality. Nothing looked appealing. (although having spent some time in Houston, I think it's a Houston thing rather than the hotel) Really bad shower Had to send an iron back twice till I got one that worked. But staff were really friendly, helpful and really quick to help.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: accommodation
Cons: rooms getting outdated, its time for remodel.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Attentive staff. Good value.
Cons: Expensive parking
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and beautiful hotel
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We were on the Concierge Floor and it was awesome being able to wake up and take advantage of the breakfast which was excellent!
Cons: We put our check out door card in the lobby drop box and did not know you had to have it to get out of the parking garage. (we self parked) We were told when we checked in we could put in the box in the lobby or the parking box drop off. When we were leaving, my husband had to come back inside (frustrated) and secure a temporary card just to get out after he attempted to leave the parking garage. It made our valet with our luggage have to wait with our belongings twice the time he would have as well as creating a bit of an aggravation for us.
7,1 Good
Pros: Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel employees were all very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for the concert we attended that evening at the Cynthia Woods Pavilion. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Sufficient law enforcement was in the area at night, making us feel very safe.
Cons: THE NOISE! Intoxicated guests could be heard CLEARLY as they carried on with their drunken stupor after an evening of partying. We were on the eighth floor and could still hear their obnoxious noise outside on the ground floor! Guests coming inside the hallways were even louder - all throughout the night and daytime! We constantly could hear knocking sounds on the walls, ceiling and floor. The AC unit was very loud turning on and off. The ONLY way to get sleep was to wear earplugs! Parking is 20 freaking dollars in the hotel's regular garage! We chose to drive around the corner to an adjoining parking garage to park free on the fourth floor. We got lucky and found a spot. Many couldn't after us. While there are many restaurants within walking distance, they are best visited during daylight hours if you don't like large, loud drunken crowds. At night, it's a wild party. If you're into that sort of thing, then go for it. I'm not a frumpy person, but I do expect a certain amount of class and comfort when spending this much money on a room in this kind of area. This will be my last stay at this hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful view, comfy bed
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Customer Service
Cons: The Staff I spoke with, didn't know enough about the surrounding area to recommend restaurants or entertainment in the local area, did not know about the time the boat ran or where I could get on the boat, etc.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, large clean rooms , easy access to conference center ...great food .
Cons: Please reccoment that Tuscany restaurnt serve Chamomile and pepermint tea.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, very convenient
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great and hotel was nice. I really liked the view of the waterway.
Cons: The bathrooms were basic and small with small tubs. They charged $20 a day for self parking.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: My car would not start when I went to leave. The valet team.(Kyle?) tried their best. They offered water while I waited for AAA to help. They also directed AAA to my car. Thankfully it was just a dead battery. They made sure I was taken care of me.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was great!

9,6 Excellent
Pros: I stayed the weekend with my girlfriend and we really enjoyed everything about our stay - the staff was very friendly and helpful
Cons: This hotel advertises a full onsite restaurant but, other than the breakfast, it left a lot to be desired - supremely average food and very minimal drink options
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the cleanliness and staff. Everybody was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: I wish the breakfast could have been a little better. The food had no taste and ran out quickly.
8,0 Excellent
Cons: I tried to check in one hour before official time of 3:00. I was informed I woud have to pay an additional $10 to check in early. I have been to many other hotels and checked in several hours early and never paid a fee.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great.. the staff was very welcoming & professional. Any need/question I had was addressed quickly and effectively. And the hotel exceeded my expectations for cleanliness and management.. overall, a very well-run establishment. Thank you!
Cons: There is some room for improvement regarding the quality and/or options with regard to the breakfast menu. However the staff did a good job attempting to accommodate for its shortcomings.
7,5 Good
Pros: On check in the front desk clerk was really nice and very professional. I really hate I didn't get her name but she worked the 3-11 shift on 7/26/2019 little short caucasian female with brown hair. CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE YEAR!! The breakfast was really awesome, all the hot items were hot( that was suppose to be) and very tasteful. The breakfast staff very professional but nice as well.
Cons: On Sunday my room or my daughters was never cleaned, no linen change , no trash emptied. The front desk staff on Sunday just one person - a short caucasian guy on the 7-3 shift very rude and I really did not appreciate how he treated me and my granddaughters. I asked for clean towels and he was very " matter of fact" about bringing clean linen and towels since our rooms were not cleaned. Rooms 318 and 320. Check in date: 7/26/2019- 7/29/2019. I really liked this location but I suggest you brief all employees on Customer service and brief all housekeeping on cleaning all rooms. If it was checked off these rooms were cleaned on 7/28/2019 they were not, yes we asked the maid to come back in an hour on this date but she never came back. Maybe a few more kid friendly things to do in addition to the pool.
10,0 Excellent

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean facility is very friendly staff and easy check in check out.
Cons: Nonexistent
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very clean, decorated beautifully, and the staff was fantastic. The room was nice and spacious and fresh.
Cons: The bed was literally the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. I'm only 30 and I woke up with some pretty severe back pain half way through the night. I had to place pillows under my spine.

3,0 Mediocre
Pros: It was clean and they had a nice indoor pool.

7,5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was fine. Basketball court was great for my son. Location is perfect.
Cons: The 'painting' of the parking lot was not thought out at all in terms of your patrons. The lot was sectioned off Saturday afternoon. There were no workers/painters (they didn't show up till Sunday afternoon). My son and I came back from shopping and NO PLACE to park. I was told by the young lady working the night shift that I could not park in the sectioned off area, that I could park at another hotel and walk over! I went to the other hotel and explained the insanity...she took pity on my and gave me a parking permit for her hotel even though I was not staying there (pretty sure that will be the hotel I stay at from now on and just have my son"WALK" over to the basketball court). I asked her if I could just move my car early in the morning so I could have my car close by and NOT walk down the street in the dark. She said that if I left my car there and if any damage came to (what I can only assume) the parking lot, that she would charge me for damages. No harm can to me and my son but I am still angry about it. I would like to know how your company feels about this situation.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The cleanliness, location and staff.
Cons: The pillows were super soft. There was no support.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was close to a concert venue we were visiting and the staff was great!
Cons: Nope! Everything was great!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable and very clean
Cons: No I was not unhappy at all
5,8 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff..
Cons: Parking was horrible.. Half of the parking lot was blocked off..Due to some type of construction.. On a busy weekend.. so we were told we had to park at the Hilton next door!! And walk back .. insane..
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the room was extremely clean. They had recently updated all the decor, furnishings, and kitchen area.
Cons: The new sofa was not pull out, and the one in the pictures online was. Therefore, I was expecting a pull out couch for my daughter to sleep on. Unfortunately, by the time we realized this, there were no roll away beds available for the first night.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the room very spacious and loved the whole kitchen set up
Cons: Didn’t have much of a late night food option
7,1 Good
Pros: Staff was very polite and helpful.
Cons: I didn’t like the 10$ per day for parking. I feel that should be more plainly communicated when booking. It comes off as very dishonest.
7,5 Good
Pros: Location
6,3 Good
Pros: Both of the front desk guys were extremely friendly and so helpful with anything we needed.
Cons: The fact that parking is 10$ for a guest is ridiculous. Never have we stayed anywhere that charges for parking. Probably disappointing to all the guests. Also online it states that there is a hot tub and that is the main reason I booked to stay here. If I knew you didn’t have one I would have booked somewhere else and ontop of that it charged extra for parking.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, close to everything but tucked back in the woods so it’s quiet and peaceful.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Convenience to everything
Cons: Very loud AC units

7,1 Good
Pros: They did have a goid weekend breakfast, but weekday variety is not as good.great location though, if you are just staying in the area for the Woodlands. Nice lityle park in the back and a basketball court off to the side snd fenced in.
Cons: Our first day, we requested our room to be cleaned. Upon returning in the evening we found only half the room was done. None of the beds made up, no trash taken out, dirty towels still on the bath floor, and no toiletry. On top of that they didnt leave any clean towels I went to the front desk (this wad a Saturday afternoon), made a complaint and requested to speak to manager. Was told no managers are on duty till monday morning. I requested that a manger speak to me Monday, but no one did. No one came to inspect the room, and the clerk offered clean towels and offered to take the dirty towels if i brought them up to the front desk, which i declined to bring to them myself. If i am dishing out over $100.00 a night i am not carrying dirty towels to the front desk.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The size and arrangements of the room and finishings. When we walked in we got free waters first thing before any questions because the nice you young lady behind the counter could tell we probably needed them.
Cons: All was fine
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Shuttle to Cynthia Woods Pavilion
Cons: The water pressure in the shower was terrible. I think it's the shower heads. I was afraid the use shampoo because I didnt think I could wash it off

5,8 Okay
Pros: Location is good.
Cons: Our room had no stopper in the bathtub. Had issues with TV in the bedroom. The breakfast were the worst I've had at a Hilton property. The eggs on several mornings were cold. I don't mean not hot. I mean like refrigerator cold. The dinners were better.
1,0 Poor
Pros: It was close to my event.
Cons: The front desk attendant was very rude and not helpoful
6,7 Good
Cons: I did not like the fact that I specifically requested NOT to be put on the first floor and I was put on the first floor.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Front desk staff guy was great & the fresh bake cookies & breakfast as good!!!
Cons: maybe the pool hours could be longer to like 12am so if you come back from dinner you could relax in the pool & spa plus the spa jets didn't work!!! As well the AC on the 3rd floor hallway was not cooling, they said they where working on it! But the room AC was fine I guess that's more important then the hallway any day with this Houston Heat!!!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The suite was very cozy and it was spacious. It was the size of a small apartment. The morning breakfast was wonderful. The evening light dinner and social hour was a nice way to relax.
Cons: Booking.com doesn't tell you that there is a $25.00 per day hold extra in the event there are damages. For four night I thought I was play $386.20 but at checking the put a hold for $486.20. Plan to pay extra at check in. The bathroom did not have a vent, the suite would hold the smell.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great room and wonderful staff
7,5 Good
Cons: Cleanliness was an issue. After requesting a 2nd cleaning, we still found a roach the next day and a big red liquid spill behind the toilet.
8,3 Excellent
Cons: Pool a little green

Pros: The staff was nice.
Cons: The room that we were put in had a king bed and the mattress was completely unacceptable for anyone to sleep in. We informed the front desk the next morning and they only said “sorry, that was supposed to have been done already”.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We came for a concert at the Cynthia Woods Pavilion. We like walking, so for us it was a pleasant 30 minute walk from the hotel, very easy, straight down all the way there. You can get a cab etc, the receptionist said it would take five minutes, but we like to walk. We walked through the Mall area and then across to where the restaurants and cinema were to eat and have a few drinks first. We walked back after the concert at 11pm, and we felt completely safe. The bed was very comfortable.

Pros: The room was very comfortable and clean.
Cons: The breakfast could've been better.
6,7 Good

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and super reasonable!
Cons: Nothing! It was great!
1,0 Poor
Pros: The bed was softer than Fred Flintstone's bed.
Cons: It took 20 mins to find the room due to a disorganized layout. The room stunk. Paint was peeling in the bathroom and the only reason we stayed was because we just drove 4 hrs from out of town and was tired!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. The staff was friendly. The Inn was very clean.
Cons: The small television.
6,3 Good
Pros: The bed was comfortable and they have direct tv.
Cons: Colby at the front fest was rude and disrespectful, in the booking it never said anything about the $10 per night for my dog, it only said pet friendly, the 3 times I ate the breakfast the sausage wasn't cooked completely and the eggs are not real so I just ate the waffle and toast. The towels had stains, I had some change on my night stand under a receipt and the cleaning lady took it and her tip that I left separately on the dresser.
