Pros (+) Although I spent only 6 hours at the hotel, it was worth every penny. I was returning from a trip abroad and had a 9 hour layover in Houston. I arrived at the hotel after hours, but the night receptionist was quick and attentive. Pros (+) The neighbors were loud and boisterous calls were made and nothing was done about it...did not get no sleep and my 4 month old daughter kept waking up to there music and drunkerness..
Cons (-) Either a night awarded since nothing was done and better staff to facilitate the property..
