Love the location, front desk, and bar staff. Robes are nice.
Over the years, this place has gone downhill. Stains on the carpets and furniture, and this stay my shower curtain was coming down, there was literally a dirty sock left in the room, and I found long hairs on the carpet.
Only if I could have stayed for free! ... I have no complaints or concerns
The room was incredible. Booked through world of Hyatt. For $120 I was given a luxury suite on the 11th floor with 1.5 baths and about 1100 sq feet of space. Full living room, office, walk-in closet, comfortable kind bed. Felt luxurious. I really appreciated the hotel upgrade.
We just came back from a cruise on Norwegian Dawn and wanted a day to unwind and take a late flight on Tuesday. We added a late 4 pm checkout and ate 4 meals at the restaurants at the Hyatt. Wonderful place! We will be back for and extended vacation!
Fan made noise all night; room too warm to turn it off. $400+ for an average room. Over priced.
Very friendly staff and clean, modern rooms. We were traveling with our small dog and they welcomed her throughout. Had an appointment at Moffitt Hospital at USF campus and the staff was most helpful in directions and getting us there on time. Room service food was also good. Would recommend.

I liked the waterfront view. It was a nice view on the 6th flor and look out over the bay especially at night view.
The size of beds were too small and the placement of the lights in the room didn't allow proper lighting. They were too bright over the bed. The rugs needed cleaning.
The staff was very nice. The room was very modern. I didn't expect such a great experience. don't get me wrong I expected it to be fine but it exceeded just fine only drawback was that our lightbulb in the front hallway of our room was dead but everything else was perfect and even though we brought in Christmas away from home we still felt comfortable bringing it in there. I definitely look forward to staying there again on our next visit.
