Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near stations and convenience stores, making it easy to get around and access amenities. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful, contributing to a positive experience. Cleanliness is also noted positively in several reviews, especially after renovations. However, many guests mention that the rooms are quite small, and a few comment on hard beds or dated furnishings. Breakfast receives positive remarks from some guests, though not universally.
