Good stay right at SYD international terminal. Weird thing was the bathroom and lighting, needed to take your phone flashlight to not disturb your partner in the night.

We had a two room suite of sorts with one king bed and two twins. It was spacious and comfortable with a great location right next to the international terminal. We arrived in the domestic terminal late in the evening with an outbound international flight the next morning. Pros (+) We did not like anything- we had a missed connection due to mechanical delays and were unable to stay, but I did contact the hotel several times and got conflicting information.
Cons (-) Although I was able to call, email, and message they were completely unwilling to budge and allow even a portion of a refund. At first they said it should not be a problem, then backtracked and said it was impossible to offer a change of date, refund, partial refund, credit for future stay, Anything. Paid $300 for a 1 night stay that we were unable to utilize.

Pros (+) Very comfortable. Food in the restaurant was very good I only stayed overnight between connection to Alice springs and then when I returned to USA but if the ocassion arose again I would stay there.
