Beds are not comfortable, they Felt lumpy and sheets are rough. Housekeeping was super basic, make the bed and replace towels (did not clean wine glasses, or coffee cups, did not clean out bathtub or toilet). Towels were nice and fluffy but they barely left enough for each day (I prefer to have more than enough rather than be forced to reuse wash cloths). Lobby was nice but music way way too loud,...

Pros (+) Starting the day with laps in the rooftop pool is lovely. In the evenings it is a bit less quiet/private, as the bar gets quite busy. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious with a large bath - a relaxing place to stay.
Cons (-) The music in the lifts is of tinny sound quality and a poor selection, which I hope they may be persuaded to address! It detracts from the otherwise pleasant ambience.
