The place was comfortable and clean and a fantastic view.
I was very disappointed that the intercontinental charged my partner $180 for using the mini bar when we didn’t have anything out of it. The charge was done 4 days after we checked out. Not sure what happened there but the inconvenience of having to arrange a refund of the money and that he had to still pay a fee towards the charge. Not impressed.
The view from our room was fantastic. Loved the dining options. The staff were great. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Great location.
There was nothing I didn’t like.
Beautiful hotel, great location 2minute walk to circular quay
Great location and cosy
Noise of construction next door
Location was outstanding. The buffet breakfast was good too.
Requested new pillows from the front desk and they forgot about it. Rooms are a bit dated.
