Pros (+) I did not call ahead to let them know I had a dog... After I checked in I saw the signs... no pets... :-( But after I went back in to the office... I paid a small fee and my puppy was allowed in the room... They went above and beyond... the Rooms was clean and personnel was very friendly and professional :-) Well Done! I will be staying that a Red lion again

Cons (-) No stairs. Maids start knocking on doors at 9. I asked at front desk and that is how determine if room can be cleaned. We were sleeping and it woke us.
