Pros:
Got picked up by staff not wearing a mask in a closed vehicle who proceeded to process my rental in a tiny office not wearing a mask. When I returned the rental, same lady with no mask.Cons:
Wear a damn mask for 5 minutes while working with a customer.2,4 Poor

Cons:
The credit card that I used to book was recently stolen. Hertz wouldn’t allow me to charge the $200 security payment on a different card and made me cancel this car… and make a new reservation with them which was double the price! There was a total lack of respect for the situation.2,0 Poor

We reserved a vehicle for the day and time. There were no vehicles in our size available at the scheduled time of pickup. They had no other cars available either. They had just gotten back their largest car in the fleet but we ended up having to wait 30min for it to be cleaned.4,0 Mediocre

I didn't like nothing about it. I was refused the car that I had prepaid for. The manager at the location was extremely rude and I believe a racist. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, contacted the non-emergency 911, and wrote reviews of my awful experience.Cons:
Fire the manager at the Harrah's Reno location. He made a point to inform me that he was the manager of the location and he can say and do what he pleases. He denied me the car I had prepaid. He alleges that the car wasn't available; however, he was trying to forcefully have me to upgrade the vehEasirent

Pros:
They instructed us to proceed to any Firestone Tire Center to address a leaking tire. Discovered the tire had a nail and was not repairable. A new tire was put on and we were back on the road. Firestone Tire Center took care of everything with no hassle or charges.Cons:
They would not pick up at the airport even though they state free pickup. Enterprise office that handled the booking was close to the airport but we had to walk to a hotel across a dangerous four lane highway (with luggage in tow) to meet up with the pickup driver. We are in our 70's....It was not an easy task.9,6 Wonderful

Extremely efficient, professional, and friendly group of sharply dressed young men running the show at this office. A+ on all levels. Vehicle rental was handled very competently, free upgrade made when regular size pickup was not available, etc.Cons:

Staff was not friendly and drop-off was not fast. I want my car to be clean when I get it because I paid the price for it. This is my first time using them and will be my last. I will go somewhere else.Cons:
It's not clean. I don't even want to get in the car because there is dirt on the doors. The seats was dirty and I can see spot of left over food. I got a RAV 4 and there was no bar on the back truck to cover my belonging. They should do a better cleaning and better job.2,0 Poor

When I went to pick up my car, the computers were down and the rep had no idea how to proceed. The 1-1800 number sent me to another location that didn't have any cars. No communication between corporate and locations. Wasted 2 hours I didn't have, and still wasn't able to get a car.10,0 Wonderful
