Pros: The staff
Cons: No
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff. Luis the guy in the reception was great. Helped with bags and room service. Was very clean and comfortable. We used it as a stay over before a cruise. It was a little over priced at 211 a night I felt with no breakfast. They also charged 5 bucks for a bottle of water that was left in the room which I thought they could have at least laid on for their guests.
Cons: Was a little dated and jaded. Not to the extent where its worth a negative rating but it is going to need minor investments in the next 3 to 5 years or it will go down hill.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was perfect, the staff, the location the room. It was clean, and the beds were super comfortable
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Pools and beach are right there. Outside bar is practical. Games for kids outside are nice. No need to use own towels because of towel service. Place is clean.
Cons: Could use more kitchen utensils (plates, silverware, bowls)
7,5 Good
Pros: Good Reception service, friendly and efficient. Tasty choices at the pool bar. Easy and convenient car parking. Beautiful beach location. Great for families with young children
Cons: No so good for couples, pool areas very active with families children and music. Foisty ( I.e slightly noticeable smells of dampness) Bathroom felt small, in contrast to the spacious bedroom, and dated but adequately functioning

Cons: Everything was great
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and great eating options! My wife and I had to disembark our cruise at 6:45 am and ended up at our hotel around 7 am as it is close to the port. They accommodated us and got us into a room very quickly! Would recommend this hotel out of any others in the area.
6,0 Good
Pros: I like the location and amenities this resort has to offer. Even down to the juice bar at the lower level
Cons: This place was packed to maximum capacity. They had people by the packs lining every corridor, lobby and everywheee in between. I’ve never seen so many bell man carts stacked in a row anywhere. Thank goodness I had elite status and pre-signed in on-line for their mobile key. Or so I thought...we arrived at 5:30 pm and despite all this pre-check in key nonsense our room after a day of travel wasn’t ready and would be ready after a modest $175 dinner for 4 (2 adults and 2 children with one drink each) on their Casual next the pool fare. Yikes!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location and facilities
Cons: Nothing

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff so friendly, and some nice little extra touches like free cookies and lemonade by the pool every day. Lovely
Cons: Not enough food options
5,0 Okay
Pros: The best thing we liked about this hotel was the location. It is located ocean side so you do not have to cross the street to access the ocean. It is just out of the high traffic area, but still a great location to dining and shopping.
Cons: The staff was less friendly and helpful than other hotels visited, the room decor was outdated, the lower lobby's room leaked (pouring in) in multiple places during rain, the services for beach accommodations was poorly organized.

Pros: Full service restaurant all day with excellent quality and generous portions.
Cons: That we had to leave after only a few days.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: I was pleased with room. I wasn't happy to have to pay for coffee. I would have at least liked a continental breakfast. My shuttle left before the kitchen was open, but they were kind enough to whip me up some breakfast.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and classy
Cons: Everything was perfect.
7,5 Good
Pros: The location and value was perfect. We needed to be near the airport, however wanted to be accessible to the major highway, restaurants and entertainment. It met our need. We were close to a movie theater, shopping and local eateries that were great! The room was clean and the hotel was updated.
Cons: We did experience a little ant problem...maybe they were not actually ants but these tiny crawling insects in our hotel room. We called for room service but no response. It was not an infestation...but we did see a few on our nightstands on both sides of the bed. There was one staff person (Hispanic) in the restaurant that I found a tad rude...but the older women (Caucasian) was extremely nice. It seemed all the other guests really liked her folksy warm personality. I also wish the hot tub was working.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very professional and polite. They checked in with me to ensure everything was good with my room. The room was more than I expected. I really enjoyed my stay and will be returning again when I'm in Fort Lauderdale.
Cons: No complaints.

Cons: The bedsheets were worn out Room 209 smell like old spice shaving cream
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff at front desk friendly and helpful. We ate at restaurant food was great, I had the fish and chips, wife had shrimp tacos and smoked fish dip.
Cons: Nothing we didn't like.

Pros: The food portions were greater than expected and very good.
Cons: The pool was a smaller than expected.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: View, staff and security was all great.
Cons: The room could have been cleaner and more unique. Being Marriott one has a perception of the hotel and it did not stand up to that.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect , great staff
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The food was delicious and the customer service was beyond a five star hotel. A lovely surprise!
Cons: Our stay was so short. We will plan a longer one in the near future.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent and the view was phenomenal.
Cons: N/A
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very modern and very comfy. We got upgraded to an ocean view and it was very pretty. I love that the hotel is right on the beach and the champagne at check in is very much appreciated. The drinks were good. The staff is excellent, everyone I spoke with was super friendly and willing to help. The free bike rental was super fun.
Cons: The pool area could be a little better and the food quality at the restaurant could be better. The food was very pricey and didn’t taste that good. The hotel itself is outdated and should be modern like the rooms. At check out we were charged 20$ and it was for two “free drinks” per person but no one ever informed us and proceeded to charge us for it even though we didn’t utilize it.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: they always trying to charge EXTRA but overall, it was an ok!
Cons: yes..the parking was too expensive compare other hotels
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great and he staff was VERY nice!
Cons: The air conditioner could have made it cooler
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excelente location, family oriented environment, and accesible to other restaurants and nice amenities.
Cons: Can't thing of anything st this moment
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean, It’s on the water,
Cons: The hotel was 60% full yet they chose to give us the second to last room from the street, furthest away from the ocean view overlooking the parking garage. The hotel had a group of loud and obnoxious guests that the hotel staff was afraid of. That group made virtually all the guests feel extremely uncomfortable. The hotel should have better security. I would have given them a few warnings and had them escorted off the property. My wife and I were there for 3pm Saturday afternoon until 11am Sunday morning. We had 3 drinks at the pool, a few salads and appetizers for dinner and valet parking was added to our $199 room that ended up costing us over $500 for the night. Not worth it.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Position
Cons: Service a latitudes restaurant was so low the first day. After that is great
8,8 Excellent
Cons: The room doesnt have a microwave.

Cons: I did not like that I could not stay longer at this lovely hotel.
10,0 Excellent

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good..service excellent, all hotel staff very hospitable and helpful. Love the location on Las Olas Blvd
Cons: would have liked the window that opens to have a screen for fresh air instead of AC
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: No
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was ideal! They upgraded us to a beautiful suite and gave us a really late checkout because our plane was leaving late. Just a all around great experience!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: From the valet to the men and women at the front desk to the woman in the gift shop every one treated me well. Check in was quick and easy. Room was nice with a great view of everything.
Cons: I would rather not pay park at my hotel so a 27.00 per night fee seems a little steep to me. Also wish some low budget eating was within walking distance. Tons of nice restaurants and bars but no fast food or ihop type of place.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice room, great location
Cons: Very homely
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and style
Cons: Nothing I did not like
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent; right on Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The room I had was enormous. The bed was wonderful. The towels were great.
Cons: It would have been better if it was easier to find the pool. There were signs, but I didn't realize until I was checking out how to get to the pool.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Handy location within las olas.
Cons: Service in the restaurant and costing meant we ate out. The central reception area was lacking hospitality and the split site for the pool was strange with total lack of signage.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is awesome. This was our second visit and it was just as great as the first. The first time we stayed on the new side, the second time we stayed on the Historic side. I do like the new side (on top of Cheesecake Factory) better but all in all.. the best hotel for the money. The Riverside Hotel is centrally located to several restaurants and bars. The best part is, everything you need is within walking distance or a short ride share away. We were there this time for five days which gave us a lot more time to enjoy the area.

Pros: I really loved the room and the staff was great
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Penthouse suite is amazing
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The room itself was very comfortable and we were able to have some privacy and relaxation while we stayed here at the hotel.
Cons: The kitchen that I had in my room was equipped with all the necessary materials for being able to prepare basic meals.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was amazing as well as the ambiance all around. We were all pleasantly surprised with it. My son loved the jacuzzi tub and had a bubble bath. The room was a suite and was like having an apartment. I wanted to use the expresso machine but it was working. We had some issue with the room and the AC wasn't working correctly. They sent a gentlemen up who changed the 2 filters. He was very nice, came up quickly and fixed the issue. The next day (this morning) we ordered breakfast and it was awesome. The detail placed in everything, down to all the staff being helpful and friendly from the moment you drive up to the hotel (valet), the bellhop, and the people at the desk are just awesome. We can definitely see us coming back.
Cons: The expresso machine not working. The pool was dirty. There were plastic cups inside.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The room was amazing. The staff were amazing.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Omar the bell staff and the valet team were outstanding. Very courteous and great customer service.
Cons: As a Florida resident, I wish my room had been less money since I wasn’t able to use any of the resort fees as I got there so late.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Marvelous pet friendly package for the dogs
Cons: Need a designated area outside for dog necessities.
5,0 Okay
Cons: I am leaving the hotel extremelly dissapointed. I choose it among several others based on location and reviews and thinking it was my best option. The first night was ok, but after we decided to stay an additional night and we couldn't stay at the same room you offered us a more expensive option : other room a "siite room"with a king bed and a sofa (sleeps 3-4,). We thought that the room was going to be better than the night before BUT: The sofa bed was in terrible shape and the mattres had the springs out of place. A $30 off is an insult for a woman of almost 70 years old because we pay $375 for a night in a "suite" having to sleep on the floor. The staff is good and nice but the manager is the worst. Very bad experience!!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location to the beach
Cons: No

Cons: They didn’t clean the floor in rooms at all. Even after I went to the receptionist and requested to vacuum and wash the tile because we had a baby crawling all over the place. She said there was no deep cleaning! But she still I guess told something to the cleaning lady and INSTEAD of doing floors she put all our CLEAN dishes and baby bottles into dishwasher. Besides of cleaning everything was great.

Pros: Villas are great apartments, fully equipped. Great for travelling with kids and cooking in-house. The hotel is right across the street from the beach.

Pros: Excellent location- within walking distance to restaurants. Beach view was great; access to facilities while waiting for the room. Large, comfortable rooms!
Cons: Only downside is hotel entrance, which is accessed through parking deck or shopping courtyard. Difficult for taxi drop-off with luggage.
7,0 Good
Pros: Close to the beach and restaurant. Room was clean and spacious.
Cons: Elevators were slow, and getting in and out of the hotel was difficult. Wifi was difficult to get onto.

Pros: Great location
7,7 Good
Cons: Housekeeping was awful during this trip. Safety was also a concern. A door leading outdoors was propped open, and when I came home after dinner I saw it open at the end of the hallway. I was alone, and felt scared.
1,0 Poor
Cons: bad room, terrible tv selection, hidden cost, a ripoff
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were nice, comfortable, updated - the pillows were so comfy, I wish I could have taken them home. A lot right there on the property - pool was beautiful, restaurant Lona's was great (brunch was very good and a great deal), Starbucks right in the hotel, they have beach towels to take to the beach or use at pool (so one less thing to pack!). Staff was friendly and always ready to help. We had an early arrival and late departure, so being able to check and hold our luggage right there near the front desk (for no extra charge) was very much appreciated!
Cons: The only things I wish they had was a hot tub and balcony.

Pros: The view was the best part! Waking up to the ocean was the best!

Pros: Everything was great !
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was convenient with a walkway over road to the beach. Room in west tower had gorgeous ocean view. Very nice pool and a Starbucks on premises.
Cons: It was ridiculous to have a as I recall a $25 fee for an umbrella when a daily resort fee was also charged. That’s nickel and dime stuff not worthy of a highly rated hotel. Also an incident occurred at the pool side bar between two guests. It actually got physical. The bar staff should have called security immediately when it was loudly verbal before it escalated into something physical which it did.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Modern, comfortable, spacious and clean.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the room - it was spacious and comfortable. I loved the pool and the bridge across the street to the beach. Dinner at the bar was delicious and the service was friendly. They had some complimentary sunscreen by the pool which was really handy.
Cons: There aren't a lot of other places to eat outside of the hotel within walking distance.

Pros: Great hotel with amazing amenities. The hotel is 100% wheelchair accessible. Not only that - their great staff is of tremendous help if anything pops up that you may need assistance with. I want to explicitly mention Mrs. Cynthia Noel from the front desk who was very welcoming, smiley and extremely helpful. I recommend that hotel!
Cons: Everything was more than great!

6,7 Good

Pros: Location..pool
8,3 Excellent
Cons: The restaurant and the bar could have been better.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Every person we encountered from elevator repair to front desk to curbside attendants were the most friendly and helpful people I have encountered in all my travels. Sandra & Ilsen went over and above to make my husband's bday weekend memorable. Jackie in the restaurant was amazing. Doing everything she could to make our breakfast enjoyable. Ramon was trying so very hard although he was short staffed at dinner. He was so pleasant and tried his best to make our dinner enjoyable. Food at the restaurant was perfect. Jeff at the concierge desk was very helpful helping us enjoy our final day before we left for the airport. Truly a wonderful staff throughout the property.
Cons: The only place I saw that needed room for improvement was in the restaurant. Both at breakfast and at dinner, there was not enough staff. Unfortunately at dinner, I saw 3 groups get up and leave after being seated because they could get service. This is NOT a reflection on the servers and bartender working that night. There was a party of approx. 20 plus about 7 other tables of 2 or 4 which is just too much for one or 2 people to handle. Food was amazing which made it sad that the experience wasn't as top notch.
6,3 Good
Cons: The $75 a night ‘holding’ charge they don’t tell you about. Per night. Let that sink in. Per night.....
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was super comfortable and the room was really lovely. I was travelling to Florida for surgery and I knew I would be spending a lot of time in bed and in the room recovering, so choosing a nice space to spend most of my time in was a must. I couldn’t have chosen a nicer hotel to stay at during my recovery, I’ll definitely be back! x

Pros: Great breakfast. Rooms very comfortable and quiet.
Cons: Only 2 of 3 elevators were working. Had to wait quite a while sometimes.

Cons: At the time of my stay one of the elevators was out of service and the other two were too slow so there was long waiting and queues to use them.

7,0 Good
Pros: Most of the staff was very friendly & helpful. The view was AMAZING. The beach staff was so helpful putting out chairs, umbrellas & towels. Usually staff around to help with questions. Right on the beach!
Cons: Only one or two staff members were not as friendly. The cleaning staff would forget to replace everything therefore I had to request several items. But mostly the food was very poor quality. I ate most of my meals at other places. Disappointing since this is a nice resort. Another big issue the incorrect charges. I was charged a parking fee when I didn't have a car. I was charged $180 for a $13 meal. Luckily Am Ex sent me emails on all my charges and I caught it and went immediately to the front desk. Also they "hold" $100/day charge for incidentals you may charge to the room.

Pros: Staff are excellent, helpful and pleasant. The accommodation is immaculate and the room rate is great value. We experienced a problem at check in and we're charged twice for our rooms however the management were extremely apologetic and fixed it by giving us the last night of our stay for free. Now that's service!
Cons: Nothing

Pros: The hotel itself was great the casino was unacceptable
Cons: You didn’t have the machines that we liked, and the machines that we played took us for one hell of a ride. It was unacceptable!

Pros: The pool area is gorgeous. The staff is awesome. The cleanliness is superb. The pool was heated just right.
Cons: The bathroom has limited privacy. The air did not work good. They turned the water to the slide off early and didn't turn it back on until late next morning. Good overpriced at foodcourt

Pros: So clean and fresh smelling even with all the renovations
Cons: My reservation was not in the system so the requested room was not available.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: great stay very pleasant staff great room
6,3 Good
Pros: Not much.
Cons: Never been to a casino where they don’t comp a few (expensive $$$) drinks and the service was so poor. Paid $10 bucks for a drink while playing blackjack and after 45 minutes wanted to leave the table and asked for a refund. After much consultation amongst the dealer, pit boss , & pit boss manager , it took 20 minutes to get a voucher , which the main bar wouldn’t take until their manager came back. Had 2 more $12 drinks while waiting another 20 minutes. Never got the drink I paid for at the table. Also paid over $550 bucks for a very mediocre steak dinner for four people. Miserable place.
7,9 Good
Pros: Breakfast at Egg. Couldn't figure out where Blue Plate was. Food was OK. Bol (?) on spelling. Excellent Asian food.
Cons: Many screw ups on registration. I realize I asked for walk-in shower which is special, but staff couldn't find available room with 2 queen beds. Kept offering smoking room which we didn't want. Finally all is good we go up to room to find king size bed. Go back we agree to give up shower to have no smoking. We go to room it's ok. Find out no dial tone on phone & hair dryer doesn't work. Go back to desk they said they would fix right away. Got a hair dryer that worked, but phone never did. The front desk did send a small sampling of fruit to the room for the inconveniences. We have been here before & it was a wonderful experience. So we came back. The client should be told that there will be construction right above them. Not just the casino & Guitar Hotel.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: The beds were super comfortable. The free loaner electric guitar was a novel idea and a blast. The theme, decor, and motif were cool and well done.
Cons: Very loud construction racket from 9am-6pm. This was not made clear when booking. No sleeping in?!?! Many staff treated you like they didn't care you were there or ever came back. Many table games (e.g., craps, roulette) were electronic. It's no Vegas
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing room!!! The new hotel is gonna be much better!!!
1,0 Poor
Pros: The staff
Cons: There was construction going on and pool closes at 8 o'clock and most of the casino floor was tore up lots of stuff

Pros: The ocean view was the only good thing.
Cons: My stay was not good, because they sold me a room for $ 371.77 and I ended up paying $ 600.00 and more. and one feels cheated, in the end the room was not what I had chosen and not a bottle of water was in the room. All I did was lose my money, because they even charged me for the breakfast that was included in the price of the room. So I never want to know more about that hotel.

4,0 Okay
Pros: The Room itself was fine.
Cons: 1Here is my problem. They put me in Room 109. Which is right around the corner from the front desk. At 11:45 at night there were people only 20' from my Room talking laughing making a lot of noise. And to me it sounded like it was the staff. But I didn't get out to look. So that kept me up for about an hour. Then at 5:00 a.m. in the morning there was a bunch of clanging and banging going on as somebody there was starting to set up for the morning coffee and breakfast. I know that have to do their job and get things going but common sense would tell you to be a little quiet when people are trying to sleep at 5:00 a.m.. That was ridiculous! I know for a fact anybody in those rooms around me heard the same thing. So it was very difficukt get any sleep. I ended up checking out at 6:00 a.m.. My advice is if you stay at that hotel do not stay on any of the rooms on that 1st floor close to the front desk !

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Hmmm, I didn't know that there was breakfast offered at this location. It wasn't told to me during check-in. However, the staff was warm, inviting and friendly. They were responsive to my issue I had with the room.
Cons: The room that we checked in to had a leak from the ac unit and the entire room smelled of mold and mildew. I reported the issue to the front desk and cleaned the room, but the smell came back. We then realized that the carpet around the unit was wet and reported that. I hope they were able to fix that.
