Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the breakfast for its variety and quality, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, there are repeated complaints about the pool being dirty or cold, and some mention issues with cleanliness in rooms and common areas. Several guests also found the rooms to be small or outdated, and noted maintenance issues throughout the hotel. Overall, while the service and breakfast stand out positively, improvements are needed in facilities and cleanliness.
