Pros (+) Price. Bed was reasonably comfortable.
Cons (-) Really out of the way off the road. Really small room. Furnishings a little tired. Again: I got what I paid for.

Cons (-) Poor maintenance. Sink drain and toilet had issues. They didn't make up room for 2 days out of 6. Rugs stained and dirty. Would have left but other hotels in area were sold out. When I complained to the manager he suggested that I vacate the property!

Pros (+) The bed is comfortable. The price is low.
Cons (-) The stains on the rugs. The rusted bathroom fixtures. The dirty towels ( I don't want to see someone else's mascara on my towels ). The police visits because of disruptions in other parts of the hotel. The fact that their TV channel lineup doesn't include ABC or NBC (never mind asking about HBO!) I don't like to give poor reviews but this hotel has gone downhill pretty quickly.

Pros (+) This hotel is just fine for a place to get some sleep. On a trip to New England I got tired and decided to take a few hours and stop for the night. Booked the room on my phone and arrived shortly after. Not much around for food choices but there are a few places that do deliver and the food was good and reasonably priced. Not and over the top resort but it was fine for the night.

Cons (-) - housekeeping comes either very early or very late. No in between. - The blanket on the bed is nonexistent. You get a top sheet, a synthetic nylon "blanket" and then a decorative top sheet. - rooms have and attaching door in the wall. The store is worthless as it lets through about 75% of the noise. You can literally hear the people next to you if they clear their throat. - The cable TV has a lim...
