Pros: I was pleasantly surprised with the spacious bedroom and the peace and quiet of the location. All areas of the accommodation was spotlessly clean and well cared for. The mountain views from the bedroom was beautiful. The wellbeing facilities were an added bonus, well laid out with a large jacuzzi and sauna. The breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Pros: The room we stayed was spacious, clean and with a generous balcony. The entire house seems to be clean and confortable. The owner is also discret and friendly.
Pros: I like the serene and clean environment. My room was spacious with a lovely view. They made sure I have every thing I needed/asked for. For example an ironing board and a pressing iron. I enjoyed and was always looking forward to the lovely breakfast which had ample variety of food choices.
Pros: This is a gem of a place, the owner was very friendly and accommodating, the place is spotless, the room is huge even has a sofa in there, bed was very comfy, nice balcony outside with great views of the grounds and the mountains, goats wandering around outside. The breakfast is great, everything is immaculately laid out, free parking outside, exceeded expectations, especially for the price
Pros: Very beautiful house in idyllic landscape. The room was very spacious with a big balcony. The owner was very friendly. Good breakfast. I stayed very well there. I suggest this Haus.
Pros: Everything was well prepared: a good breakfast and a spacious room.
Pros: I spent only one night here but I´m very satisfied. I arrived during the night but I entered easily to my room because the "key" waited me in the main hall. Room size was over my expectations and was also cleanliness. Room temperature was correct. Next day morning I took breakfast which was also good (buffet breakfast). Parking place was located nearly the building. Next time when I will have an opportunity to go there this area again I will book here again. Thanks.

Cons: wifi sometimes did not operate
Pros: Everything was perfect .

Cons: I enjoyed every single moment there! I have only good memories!

Cons: Smoking is allowed in areas too close to a dinning room therefore smoke was all over the eating areas.
The charming Hotel Tipotsch is situated in the centre of the picturesque village Stumm, right in the heart of the renowned Zillertal valley.
Whatever you have in mind, our hotel is the perfect starting point for great excursions. The historic square of Stumm with its medieval castle, the fountain and the 600 year old church is located right in front of our door and provides a beautiful backdrop for an idyllic walk.
Juicy meadows are waiting for you at the back of the house; bike- and hiking trails lead from the hotel up to the highest peaks. The “Swimming World Stumm”, the kid’s playground, the tennis court and a golf course are within walking distance. In winter, the nearby ski resort Hochzillertal/Hochfügen invites skiers and snowboarders with its wide slopes – also cross-country enthusiasts will get their money´s worth. The free of charge ski shuttle stops directly in front of the house!
Pros: Very friendly and family behavior
Pros: Beds were nice, room was very nice. Breakfast included.
When you stay at Hotel zum Pinzger in Stumm, you'll be near ski lifts, within a 5-minute drive of Hochzillertal Cable Car and Golfplatz Zillertal - Uderns. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and multilingual staff. Limited parking is available onsite.
Pros: Very friendly staff. The dinner was excellent. The wellness area is well developed, with several features and spacious. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is present. I would recommed this hotel.
Cons: The hotel is situated next to the church, which makes a noice every 15 minutes. Every morning at 06 o'clock you get an extra performance which is rather unpleasant when you're on leave. However when you are tired (we were on a ski-break) you get used to it.
Pros: Staff’s attitude and doing their best to serve and make our stay comfortable. Very flexible with the menu and always smiling.
Cons: The parking lot was always full so there is no spot for the car and you need to park the car in their garage which is in a nearby building or on the street.
Pros: - Awesome friendly and helpful personnel - was able to check-in earlier than promised - great food at breakfast and dinner
Cons: - reception was supposed to be open until 22:00 but didn't answer my (multiple) phone calls at 21:30 because I was arriving a full day earlier than initially planned. Would have booked a day more, but was forced to sleep in my car first night when I arrived at midnight (reception closed, but could have discussed that if my phone calls were answered) - shared ski storage room which is accessible for everyone (also from outside hotel) instead of private lockers per room - lots of children / families present which overcrowded the public places a bit
Pros: Friendly staff. Hotel's location is good (near to the main road). Extremely good foods on friendly price.
Cons: I can't tell any negative issue.
Pros: Fantastic food, great rooms and friendly staff.
Cons: Long way to walk to Kaltbach and Hochzillertan etc across bridge. No pavement.
Pros: The location is great, just a few minutes from the ski lift. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was great with a nice view of the village and mountains, and the shower was hot. We stayed half board and the dinners were excellent

Pros: swimming pool outside and free cakes in the afternoon.
Cons: The room we stayed in. Our room was old and dated , holes in carpets and curtains, towels needed replacing, etc. Hot water took ages to come through, noisy road outside when sleeping.
Pros: Proximity to skilift, only couple of mins with the car. 15-17 mins on foot. Pizzas definitely worth eating, were really good.
Cons: Cleaning lady leaving her bucket of dirty water outside our door for two days . Rooms are a little on the small side & a bit pricey for just the weekend.

Pros: Exactly as advertised, good value, great food, friendly staff and perfectly located for our ski trip to Zillertal Valley.
Pros: I definitely enjoyed the breakfast, much variety, even though it was the same every morning I liked it every single day of our 1 week holiday. Dinner was also tasty. We had a twin room, pretty large with a spacious balcony. Housekeeping always arranged our clothes and shoes nicely.
Cons: Staff was extremely rude. They were calling us every time they saw us passing by in order to pay the bills for drinks which we told them we are going to pay at check out. They were lacking of English skills badly. Also, we only had two outlets in our room and one of them had the TV plugged in. We could not really charge our devices as the outlets were quite high positioned and there was no possibility to place them on anything. They hanged. Moreover, it was quite cold in room and we always had to get outside in order to reach the restaurant as they have more buildings.
