Pros (+) Everything was excellent at this hotel. I would definitely go back to this one again. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I stay over 50 nights a year at various hotels and this one ranked close to the top.
Cons (-) The choice of English TV channels available could be a bit better. Netflix or hbo were not available.

Pros (+) Less expensive than being in Gamla Stan or near the big tourist traps. Trails and park right outside the front door.

Pros (+) Great hotel in great location. Really liked the morning breakfast offering. We used it as our home base for three day visit to Stockholm and could not have been happier.

Pros (+) Internet (as long as you are given an access code) Staff was wonderful. Clean. Cleaning staff was great!
Cons (-) Internet without an access code is only 5 mbits. Too far from town. Morning breakfast staff on Friday only (out of 7 days) seemed to have no manager. They were loud and wanted us to sit in a specific location so they would only have to clean one place in the dining room. That is unacceptable for a luxury hotel.
