Pros (+) The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms adequately clean, and the location close to the mountain village was convenient. The area was pedestrian friendly and we enjoyed walking around the area.
Cons (-) The breakfast was lacking in variety and quality. A waffle maker would be a welcomed addition. The property is older and definitely showing it's age and lack of quality construction.

Pros (+) I would not recommend this hotel for any reason. Steamboat has both condos and hotels for less money
Cons (-) Broken toilet, cracked floor, strong odor in room. Broken furniture.

Pros (+) Friendly staff. Walking distance to a lot of things. Area was beautiful.
Cons (-) They say they are pet friendly but they don't tell you until you arrive that you are not allowed to leave your dog in the room unattended. "Pet friendly" is a little deceiving and it made the stay a little more difficult. I would have liked for them to let us know about this ahead of time. Pet fee was reasonable though!

Pros (+) It is an okay hotel with everything you need as well as free continental breakfast.
Cons (-) It is away from downtown steamboat springs and we would have to drive quite a distance for everything. We stayed at the hotel when the ski season was just over. There is no restaurant and nothing to do around the lift base area and we need to drive to downtown for food and supply.
