10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, very welcoming and friendly at front desk. Attendant at breakfast buffet was also excellent, efficient and friendly. The room and entire facility was clean and well maintained. I liked the layout and overall design of the room, the bathroom was not cramped and it’s always a plus when there is a separate vanity area from the toilet and shower. The lobby/breakfast area was also inviting and roomy, unlike some places where the breakfast space is cramped and overcrowded.

Pros: I loved the spaciousness of the suite, the walk-in shower, breakfast.
Cons: FOX news was on at breakfast. Really divisive station.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very good. Severally different things to chose from. Perfect location as you came off the elevator to head out the door.
Cons: I stayed for 6 nights and my room only got clean twice and both of them times where after I complained. If they would have simply exchanged the towels every day there would have been no problem. But every day other than the 2 days they cleaned the room I had to go back down stairs to get clean towels. Not what I want to do after working all day is to have to do someone else job that I paid for.

Pros: Price was great, staff friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and SUPER clean. An excellent place to stay.
Cons: Nothing not to like.

Cons: Our stay was good with the exception of the noise coming from upstairs(the floor above)......
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were nice and clean though.
Cons: When we checked in at 3 p.m. My rooms were not ready at all. At first they told me that it would another 1 1/2 hours before they would be ready. I then had to ask if I could be moved to a different rooms on another floor. The staff that checked me in was not very friendly. The manager was very nice. The other employee was not. It took me over 30 minutes to check in. I think that was way too long to check in a hotel. The rooms were nice and clean though.

Cons: Cons: Breakfast not included. Low water pressure for the shower. Room door did not close properly so I was not able to use the security lock.

Pros: The room was great. The staff was great. It was as luxurious as the riverfront hotel we stayed at in Savannah the night before!

Pros: I don't remember his name, but the young man that checked us in was extremely helpful. I don't like elevators and unfortunately the stairs are on the outside and locked. He was willing to walk outside to let me up the stairs. He said it was no problem for him to assist me.

5,0 Okay
Pros: The room had modern furnishings and a comfortable bed and linens. Nice hot shower, fridge, microwave, and coffee pot.
Cons: There were peanut shells on the carpet and mold on the inside of the fridge cabinet. The room smelled moldy, and by the time we checked out I was getting a sore throat.
6,7 Good
Pros: Close to son college Georgia southern university.
Cons: The hotel would not honor the discount price charged me more than my booking with booking. com
7,7 Good
Pros: The bed was awesome!
Cons: The pool was open but the pool furniture needs to be replaced. The canvas lounge chairs look like you might fall through them if you sat on them. Lots of rips, holes and tears. Some sprucing up and it would be a fabulous space.
5,4 Okay
Pros: It’s one of the few hotels in Statesboro, so there aren’t a lot of options. It is close to campus and the staff is friendly.
Cons: There was a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom which seemed a little odd, but the front panel was off, laying on the floor so you could see down to the ceiling of the room beneath. The closet door wouldn’t stay closed, so you had to move it out of the way every time you went to the bathroom. The remote didn’t work well - I believe it was the volume specifically that didn’t work. The cabinet door covering the refrigerator didn’t close. The hotel guide book - with TV channels, etc, had many pages that had torn off the 3-ring binder - so once opened pages fell to the floor. And finally, one of our keys wouldn’t unlock the door.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Employees were friendly and the location
Cons: The couch in the room was disgusting, the gym had 3 pieces of equipment and all were broken, the breakfast was a joke and tasted just as bad as you could imagine.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The staff was very nice.
Cons: The hotel is run down and overpriced. I have stayed 3 times in the last 4 years and it was gross this time. The carpet has holes in it, the rooms smell bad (we switched once and it still stunk), it’s worn out and dirty. The A/C’s need replacing or at least cleaning. The staff try to keep up but worn out is just worn out. It needs a complete renovation. It’s expensive for a hole in the wall too. I will never stay here again!!!
4,0 Okay
Cons: When I got to my room there were no pillows on the bed or in the room and no toilet paper. Clearly not ready for occupancy.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was so helpful with various recommendations. I would definitely stay there again if I go that way.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The entire experience was clean and easy. Excellent staff
8,0 Excellent
Pros: I was very happy with the comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The front desk staff were nice and helpful when needed. The location was close to Georgia Southern University and that is just what we wanted.
Cons: The carpet all over needs replacing because it smelled like wet dog. The air conditioner didn't get very cold. It was okay but not great. The bed skirt was seriously in need of washing very gross with all kinds of matter on it.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: breakfast wasnt very good.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Front staff was very nice, professional, helpful
Cons: The first room we were given smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. As non-smokers, the smell of cigarettes is just nasty. The room reeked of smoke. - Also, you need more signage outside directing people to your location. We arrived at dark and was looking for a road side sign to direct us back to your building behind the gas station.

Pros: Breakfast ok. Eggs horrible!!! Absolutely no taste. Other options ok. Glad there was a waffle maker. Requested a non-smoking room. Got a smoking room but manager immediately changed it. Pros: The location. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The blankets were stained. The bed my daughter slept in as well as the sheets and blankets smelled of urine. We tried to switch them out and was told the cleaning staff left for the night. The decor was old. The breakfast choices were minimal.

Pros: location, price, bed support & softness. Had a desk to get work done and good wi fi for work.
Cons: For the price nothing. Could be updated and cleaner but for me clean enough. Wife probably not so.

Pros: Certainly not luxurious but very good value. We travel with our dog so choices are limited but the room didn’t smell musty like most inexpensive hotels. Would definitely use this location again.

Pros: The Staff was friendly and very helpful the room was clean and I had more then enough supplies for a shower
7,0 Good
Pros: The breakfast was fine. The location was great for our purpose of attending meetings at the GSU.
Cons: The huge difference in cost per night. I think when we booked the room it should have been explained that we would have to pay double for the second night. Our shower rod was broken and even though we reported it twice, it was not fixed during our stay.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The location was in a great location. Right across from GA Southern campus and food, gas, other places right on the same street. Hotel is tucked back from the road & although I'd been on that street at least 50 times, I'd never realized the hotel was there. The pet fee of $20 is great.
Cons: I didn't like that I was placed in a "smoking room," when I selected "non-smoking," when I booked my reservation. I was told that "smoking was all that was available," because they were sold out - NOT MY PROBLEM. The smell of smoke when we opened the door was overwhelming. All of my things smelled like smoke when we returned home.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Very close to Georgia Southern campus
Cons: This hotel was filthy. Their were prominent stains on the fabric of of the chairs, bedspreads, and carpets. "I honestly didn't know where to sit down without sitting in filth. Towels were left on the back of the b/room door from last visitor.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Appreciated that I could change my room To a non-smoking so easily. I didn’t realize when I made the reservation it was for a smoking room
Cons: Everything was great!

An empty beer bottle on the floor beside the bed. 1 hanger in closet..This is suppose to be clean !!!! When I told the Manager this , she just smiled at me.. 1,0 Poor
Pros: The staff was great.
Cons: I was stopped by someone riding around in the parking lot and asked how many miles were on my vehicle when entering my room. Then my boyfriend was stopped and begged for $10 by someone just hanging around there and told that he had a starving child in one of the rooms, but when we asked to see the child and we’d give the child the money all of a sudden the child was with the aunt. I was constantly having to look out the window to make sure my car wasn’t stolen. Then I woke up this morning with bed bug bites all over my legs.
2,8 Mediocre
Pros: The location to the college is the only plus for this hotel
Cons: The door to the room was warped, and would barely close. The shower was awe full, it was painted over to cover blemishes, and in it former life it was a jacuzzi but the jets were covered with electrical hole covers. The bath had been painted to a point that the tape was still on the door knob with a film of dust on it, so I reLly question the cleaning crew.

Cons: Everything. The worst place I have ever stayed. For the price I was expecting it to be at least average. It was sketchy and did not match the photos online. They had fridges sitting outside that apparently did not work. They had mattresses out side everywhere too which makes me think there were bed bugs. Who knows. I would have driven home and not stayed if I could have even gotten half my money back.
