Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, reporting dirty rooms, bedding, and bathrooms, as well as issues with pests. Service was frequently described as unhelpful or rude, with problems such as housekeeping entering rooms without permission and requests for clean towels or room changes often unmet. Bed comfort was also a common complaint, with several guests finding beds too high, hard, or uncomfortable. However, a few guests appreciated the hotel's central location and noted that some rooms were spacious. Overall, positives were limited compared to the numerous negative experiences.

Pros (+) The location to the college is the only plus for this hotel
Cons (-) The door to the room was warped, and would barely close. The shower was awe full, it was painted over to cover blemishes, and in it former life it was a jacuzzi but the jets were covered with electrical hole covers. The bath had been painted to a point that the tape was still on the door knob with a film of dust on it, so I reLly question the cleaning crew.
