Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and overall cleanliness. The breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others wishing for more variety or hot options. While many found the beds comfortable, several reviews mentioned discomfort with pillows or mattresses. Some guests noted issues with room maintenance, such as air conditioning noise, bathroom cleanliness, and minor facility problems, but these were generally outweighed by positive experiences.

Pros (+) Close to Penn State Campus and Waffle House is right across street. There is a good Korean Restaurant just down the street. Unfortunately, they closed during the time when I was there. They must be on vacation. Room is spacious and clean. A lot of parking space.
Cons (-) Breakfast could be better, would love real hot oatmeal. But they do have yogurt and fresh apple which I like. Wish room insulation would be better. Overall, it is good stay experience.

Pros (+) The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The woman working at the desk took the time to draw us a map to show us where to go on our visit to Penn State. Someone also brought cupcakes in during the evening and offered us some. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Penn State. Best hotel stay I've ever experienced.
Cons (-) The treadmill in the workout room was out of order. This happens - I think we just hit it at the wrong time.
