Pros: It is a luxury hotel by all means. The hotel is in excellent condition. Very good, friendly and even personal service. Excellent breakfast. The concierge service is very helpful and friendly.
Cons: The staff tries to be always at your service. Some times like in breakfast the staff is a bit "too close" to you.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Old world charm in a truly grand hotel. Staff always there to help in any way. Will go back rooms huge and updated
Cons: Nil
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast choices and service. Overall atmosphere and location, if you want calm and relaxing atmosphere.
Cons: Food served in the lobby restaurant, don;t remember the name could be better. Ordered club sandwich was bit surpised as the toast was literally black ( burned). Did not complain, which i should have anyhow, but now i did. As you don't expect this quality. Even the wagyu burger was served with hardly any dressing ...
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful historic resort with its own ski be lift.
Cons: Very pricey and very formal.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: I liked the amiability of the staff
4,6 Okay

Pros: Personalized bedroom, with details and snacks. People from Rental ski and ski Store very helpful and professional. Restaurant crew very nice and polite. The lift to the resort is right over! They guy from hotel lift was hilarius. Joking with everyone so much fun
Cons: They made me wait long time to pick me up at train station, send me a old trolley and then they charged me for the ride! I would preffer take a taxi for my own (i paid and do not wait) Concierge looks very stresfull and do not give proper information. Maybe i stayed ina a very busy weekend, but when you choose these type of hotels you expect more! Bedroom too small.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Without doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The breakfast is a breakfast to be enjoyed - I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and this is without doubt the best breakfast I have ever had! The facilities and staff are excellent, and in particular the staff are very helpful and friendly. There are no extra charges for lift passes, bikes (electric & normal), tennis courts etc. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I will hopefully return again - this hotel sets the benchmark that other hotels need to strive to achieve. Excellent.
Cons: Leaving - I wanted to stay longer:)
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, traditional luxury hotel in outstanding location and with very professional staff.
Cons: All was good and luxury has its price ;-)

Pros: It’s a special experience the room was super comfortable and the staff courteous, helpful.
Cons: The reading lights on the headboard of the bed are very precariously positioned. The food could be improved too, we ate in the lounge and on the terrace very average for this kind of hotel. The breakfast though was very elaborate.
7,9 Good
Pros: All good

Pros: Good location, because close proximity to nature and out of town. Better than staying in St.Moritz downtown. Also they have a good outdoor jacuzzi in their spa center.
Cons: Food could be better for what they are asking. Little overpriced.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location above St Moritz. Fantastic food! Recommend booking dinner! Great spa! Comfortable bed. In the Summer if you stay 2 nights of more you get a pass for al trains, buses, cable cars in the Engadin valley - fantastic value for money !
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The views are amazing. Fantastic cheese Fondue at their restaurant.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location is outside of center city but good for hiking. In general, this is a good hotel with no pretensions of being a great one. The staff was very helpful in terms of where to sight see and where to hike. The food quality matched the facility quality. Views from the room were very nice.
Cons: Our rooms were not in the main building and we had to lug luggage forty yards up a small hill and then upstairs in the hotel (no elevator). The showers are small, floor level and curtained, so there is potential to get water all over the bathroom floor, until you learn how to control the shower head and your minute, constrained maneuverings. The room price for St. Moritz was pleasantly surprising and therefore the hotel was good value for the money. Because of that value, we would willingly stay here again, despite the shortcomings.
6,7 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: No fan or ac in the room
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and good personnel, speaks fluently several languages. Beautiful building, spacially, clean, modern. Restaurant is nice, food and breakfast are good. Bedroom is sober but nice and clean. Window views from room and restaurant are stunning!

Pros: Excellent breakfast, featuring lots of local products. Very comfy and awesome wellness facilities.
7,5 Good
Pros: Very polite and helpful staff. They could give us thorough infos about the area and some great advise of where to go and what to do according our interests!
Cons: I would recommend an extension regarding the hours the shuttle bus is available...
4,6 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.
Cons: The rooms are very old fashioned! Especially the bathroom. The location isn't as good as it sounds. I'd not go back.

Pros: The quality of the staff, the cleanliness and the whole experience in the hotel. Things were very easy and all needs we had were promptly solved. We had a great time and will certainly go back to the hotel. Congratulations to Milena, on the reception. She was amazing
Cons: The room was a little bit dryer than usual. Having the heating system with more humidity would be a good thing. Too many people from staff trying to help sometimes did not communicate properly and had duplicate work.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Bed very confortable, spa great, half board very good - we tried Pizzeria, Kulm country club and Park ... food very good
10,0 Excellent

10,0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in a Junior Suite in the Middle Wing with an absolutely magnificent 180° view of the lake and mountains. Opening the curtains in the morning is a magical experience to be savored in a fluffy bathrobe with a ‘cuppa tea’ in hand. The walk-in closet, elegant bathroom with his/hers vanities & the luxurious bed are the standout features in a beautifully-designed suite where traditional Swiss accents blend perfectly into contemporary sophistication. I recommend breakfast in the Grand Restaurant. The selection of fresh fruit & cereals is unsurpassed. And of course, all the traditional breakfast items are available. It’s a sumptuous feast. You’ll feel immersed in a feeling of old world charm & finesse. Our Maître D' Enzo & his team were exceptional. The Kulm Spa is also one-of-a-kind. All guests have access to the heated outdoor & indoor pools, saunas & jacuzzi. The outdoor pool is heated to a comfy 34.4° and offers a wonderful view. But, the selection of Saunas is the real treat. Spend 15 mins in the Salt Water Steam Grotto and feel revived! The Spa treatments are also out-of-this-world. The Spa Manager Daria & her team will help you find the right healing indulgence for you. If you’re arriving by train then Michael, Pacio or any member of the resourceful Concierge team will arrange a complimentary pick-up. You will also receive a complimentary travel card upon check-in. A visit to Piz Nair on the cable car is an absolutely must. The vistas of the Engadine will (literally & figuratively) take your breath away... The Kulm Hotel is “refinement” personified, thanks to the passion & pride with which each member of staff attends to their duties. When I see people who love what they do, I find it inspiring. And that, in a word, sums up my experience of hospitality at the 150 year old Kulm Hotel St. Moritz - “inspiring”.
Overview Reviews
Giardino Mountain couldn't exist anywhere but Champfèr, the Swiss Alpine village a five-minute stroll away from St. Moritz. From the hotel's exclusive mountain lounge, which offers views some 2,128 meters above sea level, to the inspiring sgraffito by local artist Steivan Könz, the hotel has been renovated and designed with an innate respect for its mountain setting. Hands-on hoteliers Daniela and Philippe Frutiger used local stone and fine parquets throughout the hotel, which was restored and remodeled to provide soul-nourishing spaces, including a tranquil, state-of-the-art wellness spa. Earthy tones give the 78 rooms and suites a feeling of warmth and coziness. In the restaurants, one of which is run by Rolf Fliegauf, regional products are combined with flair and imagination. The hotel's ethos is to offer a relaxed atmosphere with attentive service. And thanks to the point-to-point connections offered by Giardino Group's private airline, this often begins before check-in.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Nicely designed hotel, smart and convenient design of the rooms (apparently, the smallest rooms are not too spacious, but if you can afford staying in the larger room, it pays you back). the staff is friendly and helpful and tries to make your stay perfect. tasty breakfasts, inventive cuisine in Hide&Seek (we missed visiting Ecco, since it was still the beginning of the season and it was closed).
Cons: there were two single beds instead of a double one in the room, we stayed, and two separate sets of mattresses and blankets. the rest was absolutely fine

Pros: - Spa: 5 different saunas, swimming pool and separate section for ladies if desired. It was never crowded and opens until 21 in summer. - Breakfast spread: mimosas, full english, omelette station, fruits, breads, local meats and cheese, etc and a menu for eggs Benedict. Available until 11. - Room: we were upgraded to a junior suite and had a chocolate cake with a card waiting for us (it was our wedding anniversary). The room exceeded our expectations, it was spacious and comfortable, had a separate seating area, fridge, coffee making facilities, two tvs, and toilet was separate from bathroom. - Staff: everyone was really nice and helpful, very international, special thanks to Simona and Angelina. - ebikes for rent at a great price. - Concierge: he gave us really good tips to make the most of our time in St. Moritz - Tranfers: complementary transfers to and from the train station. We loved our stay and are looking forward to coming back.

Pros: When you are a fan of Kempinski its simple.. they never fail to deliver .. This beautiful Heritage Hotel hides what all Kempinski Hotels deliver .. an experience .. and it starts from the first time you walk through the doors .. tired and excited all at once.. Now for me you can have the most beautiful wrapping but you need the heart and the blood to flow to really bring all parts of the experience together.. and that's simply the team of people that make it tick.. From door to check in to housekeeping to restaurant managers and staff.. put simply "What A Team"

Pros: Great location

Pros: From the moment we arrived we got VIP treatment from every member of the staff. We left the car in front of the hotel and it was parked for us and was waiting for us in the same place when we left. The waiting staff were also attentive and efficient and we enjoyed a superb meal in the beautiful dining room.
Cons: Bedroom was a little cramped and although St. Moritz is located in the shore of a lake you wouldn’t know it as the hotel is in the centre of the town.
7,9 Good
Pros: + Central location + Adequate breakfast + Helpful staff + complimentary minibar
Cons: - the room was overheated and the heating regulator was hidden under the radiator cover so it was necessary to open the window, however the street is relatively noisy - no EC wall plugs, only Swiss style plugs - piano bar has no pianist in September - the price was a bit steep

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Great stay in an excellent hotel, very well located right in the city center. Hotel staffs are very kind and helpful, the room is big, elegant, comfy and clean, with everything you need. Cons: Perfect in every way would stay there again in a heartbeat!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Hotel picked us up from the station. Local transport card was really handy. We stayed in three alpine resort areas this trip. St. Moritz is my pick of the three for ease of getting around, quality of facility. A really classy location. Clean room, very traditional Swiss style in the room and very clean. Staff at reception and hotel staff really helpful and friendly.
Cons: Breakfast not a lot of options (for a vegetarian). Not much of a view from our room but we did get to see the snow on the mountains over the surrounding roof line.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is great. Location good

Pros: Helpful and welcoming staff. Breakfast was great, with a fantastic selection and for me the range of quality teas had me in a good mood each morning. Good location to swimming pool, lake, mountains, funicular and public transport.
Cons: Would be nice to have tea selection in room. But everything else was great.

Pros: Amazing experience!!! Super friendly staff, spacious room (great for all ski / snowboard gears), clean, lovely bath and shower, rich and delicious breakfast. Great location as it is close to the bus station (to corvacha, St Moritz Bad and Celerina, ski rental shop, ski lift and beside incredible Ovevara Spa!!! The access to the Spa was our favourite benefit, we loved it :) Great after a day skiing. We also liked the fact the offered discounted ski passes. Thanks to the lovely staff that made our stay even better. We look forward to return next year.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing staff and restaurant, good breakfast, excellent coffee
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located in Sankt Moritz Bad, which is about 25 minutes walk from the main village. Yet the area around the hotel is quite busy. The bus stop and the Signal gondola station are both a few minutes walk from the hotel. Cross county ski tracks start in front of the hotel. The breakfast is abundant, with several choices of eggs and pancakes which they cook on demand. Free access to the Ovavera spa is a real treat, we visited it every other day to recover after skiing. You can buy a ski pass at the reception for only 38CHF per day. The duration should be the same as your stay, but even if you do not plan to ski every day, that’s still a bargain compared to the price one has to pay at the ski lifts. A big supermarket is on the way to the main village, about 15 minutes walk. We had dinner at the hotel once, the food was good quality, but nothing to write home about. The staff is very helpful. Fresh fruit and Nespresso capsules were replenished every day. The bed is very comfortable, but the down duvets are too warm for me. We were given an upgrade for a bigger room at no charge
Cons: The ski room is quite small, there’re no personal lockers. On the last day someone stole my boyfriend’s plastic slippers from the ski room. Free parking places around the hotel are very few, but there’s a public parking on the side and the hotel can provide a garage for 20CHF per day
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Was ok
Cons: Rooms were not high enough as standards for The price we were charged
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful staff, free entry to spa and tickets to cable cars
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, up to date facility with a wonderful room, thoughtful touches like fruit and teas, and an amazing bathroom! This bathroom had a flat screen TV installed in the wall at the foot of the bathtub! It also had an electric bide seat, and a heated towel bar. The one wall facing the bedroom was all glass, but one of the power buttons on the wall made it cloudy so you couldn't see into it if you wanted privacy. We ate dinner there one evening. It was excellent. Breakfast as included with our room. Not only was it the fruits, breads, meats, cheeses, sweets that are customary in Europe, they also offer to make you many types of eggs or pancakes. Also included was access to the Ovaverva Spa within close walking distance to the hotel. If that wasn't enough, also included were cards to use the cable cars and funiculars free of charge. The staff was wonderful throughout the whole hotel. We were there in off-season so hotel price was about half of what it is in-season, which is Dec-March. St. Moritz is a beautiful area. Stunning views of the snow covered Alps. So much more than we expected.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Good location, clean room, spa facilities
Cons: Small sized room

Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, with great advice for hikes and skiing. The on-demand shuttle to and from the ski station was great, especially as the ski lift parking was completely full. Room was quiet and comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast was good but could enjoy a bit more variety, especially on the sweet side. The bathroom could be refreshed a bit, especially the lighting.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nr1 hospitality! The staff is very helpful and extremely kind. My boyfriend had his birthday and the staff helped me to surprise him: the chef baked two small delicious brownie cakes (one for me so I could also taste it) with candles and decorated it very nicely . The receptionist guy and the chef brought the cake to our room personally with a card including nice birthday wishes. We really appreciated this gift, thank you once more for organizing this! The room is large, the beds were comfortable, the view from our terrace is wonderful, just as the bathtub, they offered even eco-friendly toiletry products in the bathroom. Personalized greeting card waited for us in our room. The hotel offers you free e-bike rental, you can use an umbrella free of charge during your stay. Unfortunately we did not have time to try the wellness features, but the swimming pool and the whole wellness area looked beautiful. The breakfast was varied and substantial, they were offering home made jams as well. The waiter was very kind and we had the opportunity to choose from egg dishes as well. The receptionist girl was very kind to help us to find a shop which is open after 10:00PM to buy some food and answered patiently all our questions. She even allowed us to leave our car in the parking area of the hotel after checking out while we are making a last hike in the mountains. The receptionist guy helped us to make a reservation via the hotel's phone for a horse carriage departing from Pontresina (tip: horse carriage takes you from Pontresina train station via Val Roseg to Roseg hotel (7km) which is a really romantic and beautiful ride. From here you can hike to Lej de vadret (5km) which is breathtaking, in the background you can see the amazing Roseggletscher or if you have enough time and energy you can hike to Coazhütte or Tschiervahütte.

Pros: Very nice hotel, Excellent food
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very clean, the rooms are large and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is smaller but this is not a problem. The restaurant and the spa area are great. Parking is free of charge. Internet connection is very good. There is a superb library where you can drink an extraordinary coffee (Nespresso). You can buy the skipass from the hotel with a 50% discount from regular price (the price is 38 CHF x number of nights of accommodation). Also, public transport during the accommodation is free of charge. I must not forget the great staff...they made our stay here memorable!

Pros: Excellent. Very friendly and efficient staff. Very attentive and really showing that they care about their guests well-being. Professional but also homely and cozy. Great location. Very comfortable. Super swimming pool. Great food and half-board excellent value for money.
Cons: A fitness room and an electric kettle in the bedroom would be good.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is in a perfect setting for exploring the Engadin with the train and bus lines only minutes away (walking). The facilities of the hotel are perfect for recouping after adventurous hikes in any direction. The pool is amazing as is the library for lounging in the afternoon and evening. The reception and dining room staff couldn't have been more helpful. Christina Camerotta (reception) was particularly generous with her time helping us navigate the many extraordinary sites to visit in the area around Samedan. I look forward to my next visit!!

Pros: Breakfast starts at 7am; as I usually get out at 6 am, the hotel provided me with a "lunch package" to take with. Excellent idea! Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.
Cons: The restaurant had a limited menu, just a choice of one meat and one fish dish.

Pros: Clean, good comfortable furnishings and fittings. Efficient shuttle service. Artentive staff.
Cons: Only a very small detail: the display and computer system on the rowing machine in the gym did not work. Hence I could not use it properly..

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very caring and friendly. Unfortunately we arrived late and had to leave early so didn’t get to enjoy the facilities.
Cons: They asked for a booking voucher, but there wasn’t one to give them. Eventually they settled for the booking confirmation email.
5,8 Okay
Cons: Racial discrimination--They have separated the breakfast dining area and have people segregated by race. I as an Asian was not allowed to sit in the area where white people sit and instructed to sit with a group of other Asian tourist groups.. I was very shocked and disappointed with such mistreatment at the Switzerland where is known for the human welfare policy. My first visit to Switalzerland was unforgettable with this bad experience.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Good communications and information pre-arrival. The hotel helped arrange a taxi from the train station as I was arriving late. Without luggage, it would have been a short easy walk via escalators and lifts uphill from train station to hotel. Good location. My room was fairly big with a large bed with comfortable bedding, a little seating area, loads of storage, and a big bathroom. I had a nice view from the room. Good amenities and toiletries in the room, including a nice fluffy robe and slippers. Really nice breakfast selection. I stopped in the hotel bar both nights of my stay - reasonably priced drinks and friendly bartender staff.
Cons: I wish I had more time in St. Moritz as I did not have a chance to take advantage of the spa facilities in the hotel during my staff.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Gotten free upgrade rooms. The staffs were very attentive. Excellent service. The lady in charge of spa area explained to us attractive activities of St moritz and she even accede to our request to open the jaguzzi area for us at 6am. It was supposed to open at 9am. We made such request at about 8pm the day before. The view from spa area was awesome. It was facing St moritz lake and mountain. Breakfast was OK. Free shuttle from train station.

Ample and superb breakfast. The bar has one of the finest Scotch collection in the world. Really enjoyed my stay. The staff is very helpful in giving directions and hiking suggestions.

Pros: As you expect from a four- star hotel, it was a luxury hotel and friendly staff. The breakfast was really good which included for instance different kind of bread and juices, several Swiss cheeses, yoghurt and classic birchermuesli and also sparkling wine. The hotel was located close to the train station.
Cons: However, the rooms (single room) was quite small and did not felt as belonged to a four-star hotel.

Pros: The location of the hotel is very good and we had a beautiful view over the lake. The hotel arranges transfers from and to the station. Staff were efficient and helpful. Breakfast was good. Of course, St Moritz is an expensive place to stay but we felt that we got reasonable value for money at this hotel. Although the room rate is higher, we would definitely advise booking a room with a lake view - the view is magnificent.

Pros: Lovely historic hotel in the center of St Moritz. My room was lovely and had. A beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast was excellent. The little loaner backpack in the room was a cute touch. I even borrowed it for my walk around the lake. Rates were very reasonable in the off season. They also had a free shuttle to/from the train station.

Pros: This was our second visit to the Carlton but pure luxury and service - love the location and views of St Moritz and the lake ... although the price is on the higher side ~ we felt we received up and beyond the highest level of service and amenities!! Top notch ... would love to go back!!
6,3 Good
Pros: The building is beautiful and the interior matching the atmosphere
Cons: I would say staff need to be equally attentive to customers who are not “famous”. Also, when we arrived the bathroom in our suite was not spotlessly clean as we found hair in the shower. Receptionist didn’t really seem to bother. Unacceptable for any hotel, not to mention in that kind of establishment. In general, if you are not a famous billionaire and you can still easily afford to stay in a place like this, choose a different one.

Pros: Good location, great breakfast and cheerful and pleasant staff.
4,6 Okay
Pros: The room was clean and the front desk staff were helpful.
Cons: Out of all the places we stayed in our one month journey around Europe this was the only time we had to use a taxi. The hotel is up on a hill so depending on the weather this is possibly required no matter where you stay in St. Moritz. Two beds were joined together which seems to be norm most places in Europe but it had a rather large gap in the middle which was quite uncomfortable to sleep on. Kept rolling into the gap at night. The bath tub is quite high so this may not work for some people. The breakfast was pretty basic. Breads, fruits and cereals. No hot meal.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: View and staff great. Good value on off-season.
Cons: Sharp metal edge on entrance to bathroom.

Pros: Nice message for late arrival after 8pm.
Cons: Got charged for a simple hot drink after breakfast. Was surprised for the huge off peak price we paid.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything. The ambience, service, staff were fabulous. So helpful. Views were amazing and to learn of the history about the hotel. Just gorgeous!!!
Cons: Wasn't anything not to like.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk staff were incredibly polite and helpful, especially in sorting packed breakfast for us to leave early. The room was a decent size with a sitting area with a sofa and table. The décor is old but clean and a nice old lift. Bar and food available and close to bus stops, a 15 minute ish walk to the station. Very pretty slight slide view to the lake and mountains.
Cons: The curtains were way too thin, even for our very early wake up. Bed wasn't the comfiest/only one thin pillow and the rooms could do with a touch up.

Pros: Location for funicular was good...car park outside the door very convenient... good reception staff...pool etc very nice...next door lovely old fashioned restaurant
Cons: Eccentric hunting lodge type decor...very small lift only I person at a time views to the sides a bit dull

Pros: I liked the fact that they arranged for a shuttle at 6-45 am to drop me to station to catch my glacier express and packed me a good breakfast.
Cons: There was no tea and kettle in the room and no mini bar. I would have appreciated if someone had asked me for a cup of coffee or tea. It was cold in morning and no kettle in room and hence nothing hot to drink before leaving.

6,3 Good
Pros: The only good thing was that we could checkin before 4pm.
Cons: We paid extra 20€ for balcony and after that they Said that standard room is without balcony and they can not change the price.. The breakfast is so Poor .. The hotel was Build 50 years ago I think and they renovate only inside since then .
4,0 Okay
Pros: Location was OK. Near to the bus stop to access St. Moritz. Breakfast was alright.
Cons: We specifically chose this hotel, and paid extra compared to other hotels, because they say that they have 'double beds' and 'large double beds'. Every other hotel in the price range has two single beds pushed together side-by-side. In the end, this hotel too only had two single beds that were pushed together side-by-side. After we complained about this false advertising the staff put a thin layer over the two single mattresses to make it look as if it were one double mattress, but this window-dressing did nothing to remove the feel of the gap down the middle and the feel of having to sleep separately. Very disappointed. Then breakfast was OK, but nothing special given the price and supposed 4-stars.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Extremely helpful staff. Great service. Night manager Al was extremely helpful and organised place for an unexpected work related video conference at short notice.
Cons: Should have kettle as standard in the room. We did not ask.. might have got one if we asked.

Pros: Nice host preparing breakfast, nice room with a good bed. Calm area. Close to bus stop.
Cons: The information regarding the breakfast was unclear. It said “help yourself breakfast” so we did but suddenly the host came and started preparing breakfast. Could be good with a small explanatory text regarding this. She was however very kind and put out a nice breakfast. It would be nice to have a sink in the kitchen or at least something to clean the dishes with in the bathroom were the dishes now was cleaned. It is not 1km from the train station, rather 2.5km and 30min walk. You can however easily take the bus to train station for 3 CHF. The bedside table door was falling out when touching it and fell on my wife’s leg, should be fixed.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great place and the nice host!
7,5 Good
Pros: Good location, value for money
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and cozy room, multiple shared WCs which made it so easy, no waiting. Comfortable beds, clean cozy bedding, there was a sink in the room, space was bigger than many of the European rooms we stayed in on our trip. Quiet, nice neighborhood - we felt confident to walk at night to a local restaurant. What a great stay - incredible hosts - Lin went above and beyond, even driving us to the train station when it was pouring rain (she saved us lots of $$- taxis are expensive here!). Breakfast was AMAZING - so much delicious food, we could have sat at the table and talked with our host all morning. Wish our stay had been longer - we would definitely come back here again.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good and adequate. We had shared bathroom/toilet, but that was no problem at all and they were always kept superclean. The B&B could be reached in 10 minutes from St. Moritz by 3-4 buses, so very easy to find out. The hosts are great and helped us printing our boarding passes which was a kind gesture.
Cons: We mostly liked everything. A few small things could add more to the good experiences. Like having someone to talk to right after check-in or cleaning the bedroom bin everyday. We were not that fond of the pillows provided.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in studio house, House is clean and nice interior design, everything needed what you wanted.
Cons: This house has no lifts, we had to drag heavy luggage bags to 3 floors.

Pros: We stayed for only one night in the Studio room. It's really perfect for a family as it is roomy and provides enough privacy for each family member. Our host was really nice and welcoming, he prepared an excelent breakfast for us.
