Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, with many highlighting the excellent service at both reception and in the restaurant. Breakfast received positive remarks for its quality and variety. The hotel's location was appreciated, especially for its proximity to attractions and public transport. Cleanliness was also noted as a strong point. However, some guests mentioned issues such as small room and bathroom sizes, noise, uncomfortable beds, and occasional unhelpful staff interactions, but these were less frequent than the positive comments.
