Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location and breakfast offerings, with several mentioning the convenience of nearby attractions and quality of the morning meal. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, particularly the lack of reception staff and difficulties with self check-in or online check-in processes. Cleanliness and comfort were generally appreciated, but the overall experience was often impacted by the confusing or impersonal check-in procedures and absence of on-site staff.
