Pros (+) The rooms are beautiful and clean. The room had a refrigerator and wine opener which was perfect. The Chase Park lounge had live music and a fun atmosphere. The movie theater was a nice touch although we did not see a movie during our stay.
Cons (-) What happened to microwaves in hotel rooms? Can we get them back please. The tenderloin room had a nice atmosphere but a very limited menu. The fitness center was somewhat difficult to locate and did not have a sauna even though they offer classes. For the price, it would be nice for some of these additional options.

Pros (+) Everything was truly wonderful. From cleanliness of the entire place to the pool, bars, room service, movie theatre and conference facilities there is not one thing that I encountered on my three day stay that could have been improved upon and I don’t see that very often!

I almost allowed one front desk girl to ruin my stay with her inability to provide basic customer service but other than that single interaction, everyone was quite amiable. Cons (-) I feel like when Sonnesta took over the property they made some cost cutting measures that aren't indicative to running an all inclusive luxury hotel. They seem to rely solely on the innate ability of their staff to anticipate their guests needs.
