I liked the location
Room had hair in the bed. It clearly wasn’t cleaned well I was uncomfortable sleeping because of this. The water took awhile to warm. I eventually left it running so I would have hot water. The shower was not functioning well, I had to hold the shower lever in order for the shower to work properly. I had a late checkout and the housekeeping staff kept knocking at my door each time I advised her of the time of our checkout. She said she was aware and was just checking to see if we were still in the room. I would not stay here again.
Rooms very small double beds. Staff didn’t clean well. Had to call down to get room cleaned or get clean towels glasses etc
A bit disappointing
Room decor and comfort; friendly and attentive staff.
Dining options, especially room service which didn’t meet the standards I’m used to when staying at a Marriott.
Staff Made The Hotel Experience a Good One
We stayed here for a wedding (which was also here). The amenities were really standard - nothing about the room stood out as extraordinary or note-worthy. But the staff was really friendly and helpful when I left something very valuable in the room and needed it retrieved. Also the location was right in the middle of Downtown St. Louis, which was great.
The mattress made my back hurt! And holy parking prices! I guess that’s to be expected but it still catches you off guard to see how much it costs to park your vehicle overnight here.
Excellent location for convention center
Hotel has been renovated within the past year or so. I had a Junior suite which was very nice. The staff for breakfast In the concierge lounge were very attentive and very nice (Pam and Ruth). Cher was very helpful at the front desk.
Fast check in, nice clean room, great view, Starbucks, close to lots of restaurants
All the Cubs fans staying for the weekend. Go cards!!!
Big room and bathroom
Rooms are very nice. Beds are great !!! Slept like a baby.
Parking, not great
Beds were comfortable. Convienent.
Our room had a very poor layout. Antiquated TV that was 20 ft from the bed. Bathroom set up is very poor. The bathroom was huge but just wasted space. A pedestal sink with a narrow glass shelf above, left very little room for your toiletries. My tioletry bag wouldn't even sit on it. Service in the bar was also very poor, especially for the price of a cocktail.
