Pros (+) Cheap hotel for the night. Smelled clean.
Cons (-) Our room (108) was in need of a refurbishment. The bed was uncomfortable.

Pros (+) The place was clean, cheap and in a decent location. there is a pool but it was February, too cold. The breakfast was basically, coffee, juice, bagels, muffins and cereal. It was free and I didn't know about it ahead of time but it served the purpose. The staff was very nice. I would stay here again if I was visiting St Augustine. Great place.

Pros (+) The hotel was centrally located between the historic district and the beach and there was several restaurants and pubs very close by. A real bargain compared to others in the same area.
Cons (-) Swimming pool was very small and breakfast was mediocre but considering there's other places to eat nearby and so much to do ,I didn't consider these drawbacks to be a problem

Pros (+) The convenience of the hotel was very nice. Not far from town! Clean rooms, nice staff, not a lot of traffic noise. We would stay again!
Cons (-) The pool! The pool is very small like a Jacuzzi
