Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews overwhelmingly highlight serious cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, bugs, and stained linens. The pool was consistently reported as closed or out of order, disappointing many guests who expected to use it. While some guests mentioned friendly or helpful staff, service was inconsistent and did not compensate for the negative aspects. Overall, the hotel failed to meet expectations in terms of cleanliness and amenities, with only occasional positive remarks about staff or value.AI-generated from customer reviews
