Pros (+) Breakfast was ok, not much that I could eat. Bed was ok. Office staff was pleasant.
Cons (-) Could have had the shampoo and soap dispensers full and not completely empty. Needed to have elevator with 2 older people it was hard for them to walk up and down the steps.

Pros (+) The price point was fair. Our room was very clean, the staff seems to do a great job.
Cons (-) Not really in the greatest part of town, and was about a 30 minute drive to St. Augustine. We had a hole in our linens.
