Pros (+) Beds were comfortable and good location.
Cons (-) Very outdated, including minor mold in the grout in the shower. Management is not great. They supposedly have a 24 hour grab-and-go snack area, but the food manager decided to "close it early" because of low traffic. Pros (+) Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Great location. Nice lobby. Bed was comfy.
Cons (-) We've stayed here before with good success. This time, not so much. There was a leak in the room next door, so they were working on vacuuming the water. Our air conditioner didn't work.

Pros (+) Nice lobby area. Employees are friendly. Bed is really comfortable. Close to where I wanted to go. Good price.
Cons (-) Non-smoking room had been smoked in by previous guests and housekeeping attempted to disguise smoke smell with air freshener. Bleh.This happens at all hotels so no big deal. I could have asked to switch rooms but didn't bother.
