It a a great location. But they have let the building deteriorate. The inside of the black-out curtain had spots and stains all over it. The shower handle was broke and very loose. It was held on by a bent nail and would spin around without activating shower. When we complained about it we were given instructions on how to use it, not an apology or offer to fix. Pros (+) Beds were comfortable and good location.
Cons (-) Very outdated, including minor mold in the grout in the shower. Management is not great. They supposedly have a 24 hour grab-and-go snack area, but the food manager decided to "close it early" because of low traffic. Pros (+) Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Great location. Nice lobby. Bed was comfy.
Cons (-) We've stayed here before with good success. This time, not so much. There was a leak in the room next door, so they were working on vacuuming the water. Our air conditioner didn't work.

Pros (+) Nice lobby area. Employees are friendly. Bed is really comfortable. Close to where I wanted to go. Good price.
Cons (-) Non-smoking room had been smoked in by previous guests and housekeeping attempted to disguise smoke smell with air freshener. Bleh.This happens at all hotels so no big deal. I could have asked to switch rooms but didn't bother.
