Very nice accommodations and friendly staff.
The hot breakfast was nice but they should give more choices. We had a river view room but the trees were so thick that you couldn't actually see the river.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and seemed to be enjoying their jobs, which all makes for a pleasant environment for their guests. The pet accommodations were also very helpful.no
No elevator service.
Room was clean.
Non working vending machines. Being charged for services I didn't use or want to. Ie. Bike, pool, shuttle. Was charged $10 for services I didnt want.
Staff is friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to medical facility. Close to river and riverfront park. We will stay here agai when we come into Spokane to play and go to theater. They have a 24 hr van.
Very spacious, even while the hotel was under construction it didn’t inconvenience us at all. Very scenic and great location along the river.
The toilets were short and round. Chair height oval toilets are much more comfortable.
