Unclean & unsanitary
They told me I would get refunded after only spending 15 minutes in the room.
There were bugs all over the room. The front desk said "They are just tree bugs." Regardless there should not be bugs in the room. There were tried out flower petals from outside all along the window so somehow housekeeping did not clean it up. Also, the backside of the bathroom door was poorly painted and it appeared a child with a black marker drew a giant monster face on the door. I wish we would have taken pictures because the room looked NOTHING like the pictures on this website. I will never stay there again.
Good staff, helfpful and friendly.
Dirty building and facilities. Carpet was bad, room smelled like it had been smoked in the day before.
The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly and courteous and very excited to meet our dog. The neighborhood behind the hotel is great for dog walks and meandering. There is a park a few blocks away that was really great to spend some time in. It is WONDERFULLY located across the street from an Indian restaurant (Taste of India).
The pet relief areas were very small, the hallway on the 3rd floor was very hot due to the vending machine and ice machine. It would be nice if there was better ventilation/cooling up there. The parking lot is very small and can be a bit hard to park in.

The room included a mini fridge and microwave. They gave me a discount on our stay since there was no hot water, even though it wasn't much.
Not only was the pool was broken but so was their boiler which meant no hot water for showers. The location didn't seem bad at first but when we started the car the next morning we realized our gas had been siphoned that night. Lastly, the continental breakfast was very lacking. All they practically offered "due to budget cuts" was toast and cereal; waffles no longer being offered during the week.
