Location very near to beach Everything within reach and great staff. Friendliness of staff always ready to assist you and ensure all questions are clearly answered. even though I did not take my dog it is a very pet friendly. Really very joyful..
Weather this time but not much hotel can do about it.

Loved fact that beach right off back patio/pool area of hotel.... as for breakfast, I usually don't eat much a breakfast, but noticed they had a very wide range of food, and exceptional area for eating. No taking it back to your room though, understandable.
Only issue, is there is a loud band that plays at least on weekend evenings right next door to this hotel, facing the beach. Of course hotel has no control over the music, but would be nice if they explain before putting me in room where I had to increase volume on tv in order to hear it over the music which seemed to be right outside my windows. Other than that, great room... only had issue with noise the first night (Saturday).

The breakfast was great. The location was great. Friendly staff.
The hotel looked dated including the restrooms. Also even though the hotel is beachfront, the pool was too small for the amount of people that were there and the value for money was not reasonable taking all this into consideration.
